This is such an amazing place to spend your holidays in Sardinia. All staff from front of house to the bar were so lovely, friendly and just couldn't do enough to make your stay perfect. We loved our 10 nights in this complex, comfortable bed, clean apartment, lovely pool with lots of sun beds and umbrellas. Lifeguard on duty. Great choice of drinks and lovely sea and mountain views. All sorts of pizza's available for takeout or enjoy by the pool in the evening with a lovely ambience. We will return. Thank you everyone for making our stay perfect.

At Li Troni we were warmly welcomed with refreshing juices, which we could drink slowly by the pool. Our stay at Li Troni coincided with the beginning of the season, so we could enjoy the intimate, idyllic atmosphere. The facility is full of flowers and there are lots of birds singing everywhere, so it is perfect for nature lovers. We had a great time at the pool, where there was a very chill out atmosphere - nice music, flowers all around, a beautiful view from the pool. The bar has tasty drinks. The employees of the facility are very nice, friendly, warm, smiling, and above all helpful - in case of any problems they act immediately and take great care of the satisfaction of the guests.

It may be helpful to know that there is no microwave oven in the apartment.

We loved our stay at Li Troni! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Despite our very late arrival, they waited up for us and even made pizzas for our hungry family. (The hotel has a pizza service, but I believe it was closed at the time.) The area is peaceful and beautifully scenic, with flowers and views over the beautifull hills. If you're looking to escape the crowds and don’t mind driving, this is the perfect place. (However, if you prefer being within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and nightlife, you might want to stay in Budoni or San Teodoro.) We really enjoyed the bar and the lovely pool area surrounded by flowers — it’s actually even nicer than it looks in the photos. It also felt like the other guests were there for the same reason we were: a calm and quiet holiday in beautiful surroundings. The apartments are simple but clean, and served us well for a relaxing stay. We'd happily return!

The only thing I would suggest to improve in our appartment was the sliding shower door.

We were absolutely amazed by the standards of service and attention to detail provided. The rooms are simple but very clean and spacious. The pool area lies beautifully between trees and with a stunning view over the valley. The cocktails are served all day, delicous and affordable. In the evening you can order the best pizza we had on Sardinia so far (special tipp "Roberto"). I highly recommend Li Troni for your stay in the region.

This was our 3rd visit to Li Troni. Very clean, very friendly and the pool is perfect in the Sardinian sun. 5-10 min drive to the beautiful beach and town of Budoni. The self catered apartments have everything you need and are very clean. It’s like a small village and we look forward to returning!

The location to reach the facility was a little bit hard.

My experience was very good. The stuff are very nice. I got a ticket from police because I parked the car in forbidden area. The stuff help me to fill an application to pay the traffic violation since it was completely in Italian and I couldn’t understand any word. Rooms are big, air conditioning working good. Every thinking was good. Just the location was little bit hard to get there but it‘s ok because the price of staying was not expensive. Recommendation when you have a car you wouldn’t face any problem with the location. Every thing was top I can recommend it.

Sofa bed not comfortable at all! That we needed to buy washing liquid and sponges!

Loved the swimming pool, how quiet it is and the flowers and the trees all around the estate. The kitchen had everything from cutlery to glasses and pans! Lots of towels! The terrace outside our apartment was huge and had a table and chairs. The aircon worked perfectly!

No walking distance to any shops or restaurants and not the beach but it wouldn’t stop me from staying here again as the distance was a short drive.

There was nothing to dislike. Great location, beautifully kept little villa village. Each villa is individual and has everything you need for a short holiday. We appreciated the friendly staff, especially Marco the bar attender who always recommended the best although he did not speak English and we not Italian we had fun “conversation and drinks”. There are also 3 washing machines free of charge to use and with free washing powder which was a nice bonus.

Restaurant was closed, and the pool a little cold.

This is my second visit to Li Troni. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool area is clean and of a good size. The rooms (2 bedroom) was spacious and had what we needed for the 7 days. There is free laundry facilities to use during your stay which was a bonus, as there is no cleaning service to rooms or towels/bedding. Would love to return in the future for our 3rd visit! :)

Sun loungers in the pool area are very hard and uncomfortable, even with a towel on.

Great location, nice view to the ocean, fields and mountains. Apartment ok for 4 people. Nice pool area with large olive trees for great shadow, and pool have lifeguard all day.

Yes. The house is very comfortable, with good beds and a nice shower. We have great days by the pool, and with special service from Valéria who was super polite and helpful with everything. We will be back for our next vacation. We loved this place.

The bus connections differ after the month of August. So I recommend you take or hire a car.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The residence was such a nice place to stay and near all aminities. The restaurant had nice food. The location of li Troni was near all the beautiful beaches on the costa Smeralda. It was overall a great place to stay.

The equipment and furnishings of the apartment are outdated. The mattresses on the beds are old, some are soft and sagging, on the contrary, you can feel every string in the spring ones, both causing permanent back issues during our stay. The outdated air conditioning in one room creaked uncomfortably noisily, from the window there was a view of the boiler and the outdoor air conditioning unit under the stairs leading to the 1st floor of the neighboring apartment. The lids for the 2(!) provided pots do not fit, larger tea cups, cereal bowls, sharp knives, etc. are missing. The refrigerator was relatively small and old, it was a problem to cool 1.5l and larger bottles. The apartment does not have a dishwasher. Equipment such as a mop, bucket or broom was missing. No cleaning service in 2 weeks.

A self-service laundry is available on the premises.

Arrival was a bad start. We requested a lower ground appartement due our little one walking around but got one all the way in the back of the property on the second floor (not sure why they put us there as apparently only 10 apartments where occupied and 25 empty…), aircon wasn’t working, there was a nest with bats in the outside ceiling which resulted in poo droplets, everywhere! We made a complaint about the apartment. They couldn’t fix the aircon so we could choose another room the following day. We were happy with this room but a lot of hassle and time lost. We explicitly booked this accommodation due to the good reviews but also because it has a restaurant. Booking.com and on several other websites it states that the restaurant is open until September 30th. We arrived on September 13th and the restaurant was closed for the season. This was a huge disappointment! The owner didn’t want to compensate us in any way (eg. free breakfast, coffee, bottle of wine, you name it), at least something to show you care but he was more keen to cancel the whole booking and see us leave. I can not wholeheartedly say that I would recommend Li Troni, which has so much potential! Sardinia is amazing! A shame to start the holiday this way but also to end the season with a bad review.

We liked the location and swimming pool. Double bed was good too. You definitely need a car.

A list: - the renters before us apparently flushed a diaper down the toilet. It felt that we were blamed for this (but we are not stupid enough to try to flush a diaper). This made the toilet spill completely over the bathroom and hallway floor, including poop. The staff refused to clean it, we had to do it our selves, picking up feces without proper equipment - there are hardly any cleaning equipment available, so keeping the apartment clean is a challenge - clean sheets and towels are not including in the price - the owners do not seem to like their job as the walk around grumpy - location on Google Maps is incorrect

The pool was nice and most of the staff were super friendly. The food at the restaurant was okay, but definitely not great. Beds were good.
