Good value for money, big room. Excellent location.

The great localization. The hotel is very clean, the service staff does amazing job. They are very nice and helpful.

Location - Excellent, short walk from main restaurants and shops. Noisy with the doors to the balcony open, noise from ferry from 8am onwards. Room - Lovely comfortable rooms. Breakfast - Good choice, staff on breakfast lovely.

A kettle in the room would have been nice, fridge seemed to keep things warm rather than cold! Staff on front desk, one man and one woman, were both slightly odd, kind of friendly but surprised if asked questions and seemed a bit stressed out, not too much of a problem though, made us laugh really. Other staff were lovely.

I didn’t like anything about the hotel except for the location, which was good. The service was very bad from the moment we arrived until the time we checked out. To the extent that my daughter developed a phobia of the people and doesn’t want to visit this city again. For the record, the staff at the hotel café were wonderful and much more helpful. The stay was only for sleeping.

The attitude of the reception staff from the moment we arrived until we left was unacceptable — they only raised their voices, while we were extremely respectful and polite. This caused discomfort during our stay, especially with the hotel’s lack of cooperation regarding certain circumstances. I also noticed a clear difference in how they treated other guests who were not Arab, and that really upset me.

The staff were very helpful and the view from our room was exceptional. I wish we had more time at this location.

Nothing

Loation was great. We were within an easy walk of every thing we needed, but it was quiet enough. We actually were at the main Ferry stop which was good. Room overlooking the lake was nice. Balcony was small but good for sitting and with a table.

Breakfast was adequate, nothing special. Cooked eggs: scrambled or almost hard boiled. Different cereals including Muesli but not a granola style. Enough fresh veggies, meats, and cheese. Pastries were nice.

The hotel staff was friendly, especially the lady at the reception. The room was clean, air-conditioned and spacious. The view of the lake from the terrace was fascinating.

The only complaint is that there were no chicken products for breakfast, only pork products.

We had the room with the side lake view, it was beautiful. Big and comfy room with a huge cabinet. Hotel is near the main road, but with the windows closed it is absolutely peaceful. Breakfast was fine, staff was super nice.

Parking garage is separated and you get charged 12 € / day. It is not something I did not like, it is just good to know.

No facility to make a drink in the room. No bar or service to get a drink after 8.30.

Had a 5 night stay at this great hotel, breakfast was delicious, staff was kind, our room was spacious enough with a lovely view over the lake! Everything is within walking distance. Would definitely come back!

It was a little hard to shut the bedroom door, it opened unexpectedly once in the middle of the night but if you shut it veeeery hard it's okay!

Fabulous location, right on the banks of Lake Garda and 5 minutes walk from the Old Town.
