No communication from the company No Internet connection was very difficult Only a bottom sheet on the bed 1 toilet roll to last 4 days - I had to buy more No plates or cutlery if I had wanted to eat there

The room itself was fine and location was good.

Before entering the main door there was litter all around. The WiFi never worked even though I had paid for Global Network on my phone. Difficult to message owner.

Good location, very clean and comfortable

It was difficult to find as it was not sign posted from the outside . When we arrived before check in, we were confronted by a metal door, no sign. We only received entry information after check in time and it was all in Italian. Fortunately the 2 cleaning ladies were very helpful with google translate. There was no complimentary water or tea and coffee in the room. Parking was almost impossible especially on market day when we arrived.

Communication was extremely poor. We had to send repeated messages to the owner/management to ask about the check-in process and received no answer. Upon arrival, the WiFi wasn't working and again we had to send a couple of messages to ask to address the issue, stressing that I needed access for work-related purposes. We finally got a reply, but nothing happened to fix it! Very disappointing.

The room itself was relatively clean and new.

The staff is was rude and unhelpful. First, I have asked via booking whether and early checkin is possible. I have gotten unhelpful and impolite answer in Italian - of course this does not have to possible, but for a question in English from a guest I would expect a helpful and polite (greetings etc as I did) answer in English. Second, and more important, the guest didnt send a request for IDs in advance (which of course, I am happy to provide), but when I messaged (according to the instructions) that I am in front of the door, the guest was like "first, send documents" so I answered we stand in the sun and would to make the pictures inside and send you the documents, can you let us in and the answer was "send the documents!!". This is unacceptable behaviour when I complained, the guest shut me up with "Enjoy your stay!" and didnt address my complain.

The didnt provide us with cot for our baby they forgot. No staff and we locked outside at midnight were waiting for someone to open the door. We didnt know from before that was a self service check in

Very poor communication from management. Once I had made the booking I sent two messages asking whether it was possible to have an early check in or to leave luggage before check in time as we had two long flights from Australia and we were arriving in Arona mid morning. I had no answer at all to either question. When our flight from Sydney was cancelled we were unable to get to Milan for our booking date. I asked if the cancellation fee could be waived as this was not our fault and that message was answered very quickly -‘No’. Poor service.

It was very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size and well appointed.

The coffee and drinks vending machine was out of order, but there was no sign to indicate that this was the case.

Good location Good room for the price

Room without windows. The door lets a lot of light through. Scary stuffed bear at the entrance, which was very weird placed. So very scary when you go in the first time.

Exceptionally clean and great design decor. Lovely and artistic. Comfortable beds.Great towels.Kettle in room.Quiet air conditioning .Well situated for coffee and supermarket.Nice area to sit and to have snacks in a lounge area.Vending machine available. Secure.

Noisy neighbours with TV but not accommodation fault! Need to look for parking in road but we were always lucky.

Very quirky accommodation, definitely not a hotel, but more of a serviced apartment. Major plus is the excellent location in the centre of Arona, very close to train station and ferry terminal. This can cause some sound issues, but generally quiet after midnight until about 7am. No breakfast as such but there is a (difficult to use) vending machine. Very good cafe virtually next door though

Self checking place, nobody around. Would have been nice to have a hunan touch. Rooms are airtight and no windows to see outside.

New and beautifully presented rooms and foyer area. Very comfortable & tastefully decorated.

WiFi didn’t work

I enjoyed the layout, the art and the location.

I didn’t like that my room did not have a window. I believe coffee and tea should always be included, and it was not. The Wifi was not good therefore i had to go elsewhere for my zoom meetings.

Reasonable price, good location.

The entrance instructions are complex, couldn’t get AC to work properly and it really is necessary without a window. Parking instructions not clear.
