It’s not really a minus, but it does not have an elevator – a little hard handling the luggage. We had a triple room so we had very little space for moving; the bathroom also small. The good thing? Everything very clean. The third bed it was not really a bed, but an extensible sofa; not too comfy for the person using it (it wasn’t me!) – we were three adults after all. If you are used to have the breakfast as your most important meal, not too much too choose from. I did not have a problem (the croissant was absolutely great!), but one of the friends who joined the trip wasn’t too happy about the breakfast. If you like sweet things for breakfast it’s ok though. The real minus is the position of the hotel; it is a nice hotel but it has the road passing just in front of it. Since it was really hot (for me at least!), we had to open the window and it was a recipe for not sleeping because of the noise of the cars passing almost constantly.

Nice and helpful personnel; it seems a family run hotel. Clean sheets and towels; nice power supply options – I even had USB socket in the room. Good coffee.

One can hear the traffic passing by outside during the night.

The hotel staff booked a place for us at a nearby restaurant and actually drove us there himself to ensure that it was open and all was well since we arrived at the hotel very late in the evening. The next morning he had bfast ready for us very early since we had an early start. They went out of their way for us and this was highly appreciated.

Good breakfast, a lot of sweets, good Italian cappuccino. But it would be nice to have also some eggs and saussiges or ham for breakfast.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They really care about their guests. Room impeccably clean and nice and fresh, comfortable beds, good hot shower. Good WiFi. Convenient for Treviso Rail station and for Treviso airport.

Breakfast was very poor. Only offered one cup of coffee, just sliced bread, cream cheese and a couple of slices of wafer thin ham available with a crossaint and jam. Not worth £72 a night!!

An extra pillow would have been good, I'm sure I would have got one if I had asked!

The croissants & bread were excellent. The Dinner was good, a home cooked meal, the hotel owners were having the same. Shower & toilet & room spotless. Good hot shower. Very convenient for Treviso Airport ( about 10 mins by taxi). Staff very friendly & helpful. Homely feel.

Couldn't find the wifi password but we were out most of the time and forgot to ask !

Ideal base for our visit to Treviso. Staff were very helpful but not overbearing. Enjoyed the traditional continental breakfast and the great Spaghetti House restaurant two minutes down the road. Hotel is situated on a bus route which makes travel to the centre easy but, providing the weather is nice, the journey is walkable (applies to train station as well).

the main road outside the hotel acted like a drag strip in the evenings so could be quite noisy. quite a walk (1km) south of the train station - but easy to find - difficult with a big suitcase

very helpful staff, comfortable room, hotel was away from town centre, breakfast was simple but good selection. very easy transport to Venice and Treviso is a lovely town to stay in with good restaurants, canals and parks.

The breakfast could have been more varied and a selection of fruit could have been offered.

The staff were all amazing, the location from the airport and a short walk to the train station or town was very good. The beds were very comfortable.

It was cold outside (winter) but the heathing was a bit weak even though we put it on the maximum (especially in the morning we were cold going to the external bathroom).

Very clean and a very good location! The host is helpful! The breakfast includes: tea, coffee, juice etc... and toasts, jams, nutella and some packed croissant or pastries.

Very nice family run hotel. rooms are designed with the guests comfort in mind. I booked a single room, it was compact but cozy and even had a desk and chair, TV & telephone. sufficient electrical plugs for charging phone & laptop. It was very well heated. Private en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Ample supply of fresh fluffy towels and bathroom aminities. Both bedroom and bathroom were immaculately clean. The bed was a large single bed and very comfortable, I slept very well. Very good breakfast with home made jam & marmelade, very good freshly made Espresso or Capucchino coffee. Nice fresh crusty bread, tasted home made too and 2 varieties of fresh croissants as well as fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, Bel Paese cheese, and home made bisquits. There is a bar & restaurant, I can highly recommend the restaurant! One of the owners cooks himself, there is no menu, he cooks whatever is freshest on the market. I had salad of radicchio di Treviso and home made pumpkin gnocchi fried in butter with sage and freshly grated Parmesan, it was a dream! The local red wine tasted delicious. The Locanda da Renzo is 8 minutes walking distance from the Treviso trainstation and 5 minutes by taxi to Treviso airport.

It was a bit far from the station if you have a heavy case. The road outside was the main road south to Venice and so very busy and noisy.

Wonderful selection of 4 home made jams for breakfast including mulberry. The people in teh hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Great choice for accommodation while during the carnival in Venice. Value, quality and location is great. Not far from the railway station and at a price of 2.5 euros you are in the center of Venice. Parking is free and not small.
