No facility to make a hot drink in the room, 70 steps to get to the accommodation and the access to the roof terrace was challenging.

that there were 4 floor up and no lift. Once up the stay was nice. The stear to the roofterrace vas steep and narrow but worth gooing up as the view upp the was wonderfull.

the breakfast was good ,we came by train and the location was perfect for that, the room vas big and comfortable and we loved the terrace on the roof with a view to the church. The only drawback was no lift and we had hevy guggage, but we got an assistance haf way up. We sat on the roof in the evenig with a beer and admired the view over the city.

You have to walk up 6 flights of stairs, which was doable for me but less so for my mother. Not negative, since it’s stated on booking as well, but just a heads up for anyone that might have missed it.

Breakfast could have had more bread options. Wifi was sometimes unstable. A clear sign at the door would improve visibility and make it easier to find the place.

Great location, close to the railway and all the landmarks of Florence. Beautiful views of the duomo at breakfast and from the rooftop. Good and relatively silent airco.

Breakfast was basic Continental breakfast with too many foods in wrappers.

The couple who ran the hotel were very pleasant, helpful and polite. Location is excellent. 8 min walk from train station and very near Il Duomo.

Fantastic host and location. Huge and clean bathroom. A spaceus bedroom with room for bagage and nicely equipped. Strongly recommend!

The breakfast and coffee were not good and bed was extremely soft, we both struggled sleeping.

The property is located in the 3rd floor. Everything was good until the last day. I requested a late check out which was declined. Fair enough as i do understand that there might have been other guests. I was offered to keep the luggage for safe keeping. I have also been advised that i can use the bathroom and the shower found in the common area since i had a late flight by the male receptionist the day before. On the day of departure a young lady was handling the reception and reconfirmed if i could use the bathroom before i leave and she advised that i could not in somewhat arrogant manner. No issues so far. I have checked the bathroom before leaving for my day tours and the shower head was there. On getting back and went in the bathroom the shower head was gone and i felt like being treated as a young boy. In all fairness I would reconsider booking this hotel next time as there other hotels nearby.

No lift, 3rd floor, for elders a bit challenging, but its old building and there are no lifts, my mistake when booking, breakfast could be better, basic stuff, but ok, it's not a hotel. The stairs to roof are not for obese people 😂

Breakfast selection is quite small and does not get refilled and coffee is not good for italian standarts...

Rooftop terrace is beautiful - you really don't want to go anywhere from it :) They are very friendly and room is very cool designed, in a rustic style. They organise very convenient parking.

The hotel is in a building on the 3rd floor with NO elevator. But in front of the entrance there is an information that staff helps in carrying suitcases upstairs. They helped us with our luggage :) A few rooms overlook a noisy street and a few to a quiet one.

Extremely nice and friendly atmosphere. Very nice and helpful staff. VERY, VERY clean. Good breakfasts. Fantastic location. A few minutes from the train station and a few minutes from the center of Florence. Almost a family atmosphere. Very cozy.
