We had a great stay. The location in the middle of the wine fields is perfect. The breakfast is really good and every day a bit different. During the day you could relax at the swimming pool and during the night you could visit great places around the B&B. The owners are really kind and helpful.

The hosts were very friendly, even though we arrived a bit late they were kind and helpful. They gave us advice on where to go and what to see and were really chatty. Nice surroundings and an amazing restaurant on the property.Breakfast was served outside with a beautiful view of the wineyards. The quality was good and some of the things like cake, marmalade was homemade.

The rooms were VERY noisy. The general upkeep of the room/bathroom could be better, especially the tiny shower that could use a deep clean.

Cute property, very well situated between Pisa and Florence. The owners were super nice and breakfast was delicious.

The beds and pillos were not confortable. It was too hot and just ventilator/fan. The badroom seems not to be clean. The smell at any time was terrible/discusting.

The location is great and in a radius of 1,5 hours you can see many nice places. Really good is the restaurant on the place itself. On the other hand. the owner is really really nice and always ready to help and make the guest confortable. The breakfast was good.

the van in our room was not working, so it was very hot in the room. therefore we opened the window during the night, but it was quiet loud because of the restaurant next-door. the worse was the bathroom, it was stinking really bad.

I really like the exterior of the house + garden. But i would bring up to date some things in the room like : the electric sockets that were quite old, the bathroom and especially the shower cabin that was really small. Also the breakfast was quite poor. But this is for a non Italian standards. In Italy is quite normal to have just a sweet breakfast and not a salty one. Having just some fruits, and cheese would have made that breakfast much better.

Unfortunately thee quality of the property did not meet our expectations (also given the price per night). Our superior room was not as nicely decorated as shown on the pictures. Furthermore the bathroom does need an proper update.

The property is beautifully located in the middle of the vineyard and have a nice terrace in front of the location. There are nice towns close by such as Montecarlo (small but definitely recommendable to have dinner) and Luca. The hosts are absolutely great and give you a warm welcome.

A bar fridge in the room would be handy, however, you can use a shared fridge in the breakfast room.

Our host ‘Manuel’ was very attentive and made us feel very welcome. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the daily breakfast in the garden.
