Noisy (you could hear people around speaking), breakfast was just ok, and above all the view was atrocious: when all you have is a wall 30 ft from your only window so much for the Romantic Weekend

Breakfast was decent and standard, but could have been more fresh/healthy options (unsweetened yoghurt, fresh tomatoes etc.).

The hotel is in a good location, out of the bustling centre, but close enough to everywhere. There is a street full of good and reasonable restaurants just around the corner (Via Flavia). The staff (especially Andrea and Claudia) were extremely helpful knowledgeable and faultless. The breakfast was filling and plentiful. The beds were huge and comfortable, with thick curtains to keep the room dark. The whole family enjoyed the place and it added to a memorable long weekend in Rome.

Breakfast was poor and the same all the time. Only sandwiches you could make out of it. Very quite in the hall, no music- nothing, was a bit strange, but of course not a big deal :)

Comfy and big bad, spacious room and bathroom. Friendly stuff, nice spot.

Streets in Rome change names every few blocks and street signs are engrave into some building but not all. I would print larger maps prior to my next visit since wi-fi was not always available. Just me thinking out loud, nothing against the hotel. We had a wonderful stay!

Staff was beyond friendly and very helpful. Francesco is the best! Hotel is off the beaten path and took me a few days to get my bearings but it was quiet and clean. Bathroom and room was spacious and breakfast was wonderful. We walked to coliseum, Vatican City, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc. and found if very safe. Several hidden restaurant gems! Used extra day for park visit a few blocks north. US Embassy 2 blocks away. Overall wonderful experience!

The hotel was tired and dated. It could feature in a 1970's film. The bathroom was very dated and the shower head blocked with lime scale resulting in water spraying everywhere apart from where it should.

WiFi in our room was not good at all, but was much better in he lobby and breakfast area. Not much in the form of air conditioning it barely works but the bug windows do swing open so as long as it's cool in the evening we could sleep ok.

Bathroom was great, shower is awesome two shower heads good pressure hot water. Bed is firm but comfortable and very big. Breakfast is good. Neighborhood is decent but not the best are to be, a touch further than I and to e o everything and a decent walk to termini but great restaurants and Gelato nearby.

Probably it's the only hotel where you would need to pay for scrabbled eggs for breakfast. Only cold, cooked eggs are available. Generally not 4-stars choice for breakfast. The best times for hotel is over - needs to be refreshed. Also airport shuttle is not a real service - there is not shuttle, just v. expensive taxi.

Very poor breakfast with limited options. No hot options and charging for extra coffee. I would expect much better from a 4 star hotel. Wireless internet had problems. Furniture of the room was a bit old and the carpet was not the cleanish The stuff were not always honest. In fact, when I consulted about going to the airport, they suggested their agreed taxi service at a price for £50, while I knew that regular city taxis had a lower fix price.

The hotel was a 2+ star. The front desk staff were not very helpful or friendly. The breakfast kitchen staff were even worse than the front desk and were absolutely miserable when serving breakfast. Most of the staff spoke little to no English. The suite was ok but definitely not worth the price. I would NOT recommend this place - it has no redeeming qualities.

There are not many positives to discuss. The suite had a fantastic shower and a comfortable bed.

We liked the breakfast in the way it was but it would be even better to have some vegetables for breakfast like tomatoes, cucumbers and also olives.

The hotel is close to the city center and most important places are situated on a walking distance. The room was big and the bed was super big and comfortable! No problems with the Wi-Fi, the room was cleaned every day, the staff was very polite and smiling. The hotel is situated in a quiet place with many small restaurants around so it's not a problem to find a place for a dinner. The breakfast was very good - a lot of sweets, some fruits, cereals, cheese, sausages etc. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel offers also gluten free products, soya and rice milk which is very important for people with specific food intolerance. Tip - on breakfast you should order espresso, cappuccino or latte - if you say only coffee you receive filter coffee and you'll miss the perfect Italian espresso! Another tip - if you are coming to Rome for the first time I highly recommend to use the shuttle service provided by the hotel. Yes, you pay 50 EUR but you'll travel comfortably and won't be cheated by illegal taxi driver.
