The door was tricky to lock/unlock. Not enough outlet sockets in the apartment. Smaller than expected. The freezer door was broken - all our food froze. View - facing inside, bars on windows, neighbours smoking and loud right by the window. The room was flooded during a storm, as there was rain water coming from a broken gutter, through the window, luckily we were just checking out.

We stayed for two nights and loved the location, it is very close to everything you may need. There was an elevator in the building, the AC worked great. The apartment was clean and had enough utensils, clean bedding and towels.

The location is amazing! 5 minute walk from Ferry Port and the square has many restaurants to choose from! The apartment was good (very basic) but does the job when you are out exploring beautiful Como! Has good WiFi, a smart TV, and an AC unit. Very secure entry system (door has a chain and many locks, as well as two locked doors beforehand).

The apartment was quite old. Heater and wifi didn’t work. Although when raised with the property agent, they offered to come have a look but we declined as we only had another night to go.

Great location. The property also had a washing machine which was very useful and also a small stove, toaster, kettle and microwave. The company was very responsive to WhatsApp messages and provided a helpful guide which answered most questions.

1. Old building/room - squeaking furniture, noisy heater, thin walls and ceiling, could hear neighbors walking and talking 2. Temperature - according to host, the law only allows use of heater from mid-Oct. We are from the tropics and were freezing in 6-8C temperature at night & early mornings 3. Coffee pods only provided for one night of stay

Perfect location, couple minutes walk from the lake and lots of restaurants, shops and bars nearby. Host is very accommodating, and responsive in Whatsapp and they gave clear self check-in instructions. Apartment is well equipped with appliances. We appreciated the welcome gift (pasta) and travel brochures!

The amount of documentation that I was required to fill out for indemnity was daunting and made me feel a bit vulnerable. There was very little space to lay an open suitcase or two however we made it work.

The location, could not have been better. The security was exceptionally strong. It was very helpful to have a washing machine in the room. The bed was large and very comfortable. There was a lift to our room which made lugging suitcase upstairs no problem at all. The room was quiet and comfortable.

The location of the apartment is ideally!! Few minutes walking from everything, from the train station, from the lake, from the restaurants and from the funicular!

Perfect location, close to 2 train stations and in a historical center. Check-in/out were very easy. Apartments are small but well equiped, with good heating (very important in winter! :)). Host company provided a travel guide with a lot of useful information. And we were pleased to see a small gift on our arrival, a pack of Italian pasta!

Two things. a little bit more equipment in the kitchen would have been nice especially a cork screw as we bought wine and could not open it and the shower had mould all in the grout ,it needs a very thorough clean

The location is great ,right in town centre with plenty of restaurants plus a supermarket not far. The self check in was one of the easiest ones we have had to do with clear instructions. Hot shower and good wi fi.We have been traveling for a while and it was nice to do some home cooked meals in the apartment as Resturants in Como are very expensive

Smashed bidet in bathroom was off putting.

Finding the actual building was very difficult. Getting assistance also difficult as we have no wifi while movi ng around. Once we obtained wifi from another hotel problem was sorted effectively. Apartment was old but clean and space utilised well.

Initially was a bit disappointed there was no toaster - however the microwave is also a grill!

This apartment is in an ideal location in Como - only a few minutes from San Giovani train station, lots of nice eating places around and a supermarket just down the road. It isn’t plush, but has everything you need - comfy bed, a good shower, and an equipped kitchen. I messaged the company to see about an early check in and they were very accommodating. Also whenever I messaged them they replied very promptly.

Had a few issues with that hot water. Found it a bit tricky to identify the apartment as there was nothing on the door to identify it. Agree with other reviewers that the photos are a little outdated.

Bed was comfortable and I liked the two different kinds of pillows (different firmness). Good location, half way between water and the train station. The pizza restaurant downstairs is great! Felt v safe with all the locked doors!

It was small, older and could have been cleaner. Floor was very sticky. Was a room with pullout bed which was not very comfortable. I would not advertise this as a one bedroom snd living room. Kitchen was okay. Small fridge no ice capacity. Whole place could use a sprucing up.

The descriptions and photos showing how to access the apartment, the first time, were a little confusing. Perhaps a native English speaker would help with this. The notices on the wall, provided by property owner, did not match the notes in the guest manual, supplied by property managers, this caused confusion. Messages sent to the property managers We’re not always interpreted correctly requiring two-and-throw messaging to get the desired result. Not all Items that were listed as being supplied were there. There was no icebox door so my food froze and I had to throw it out.
