The host was amazing. She met us and handed us over the keys and showed us all of the facilities. Everything was really clean and well organised. Felt very comfortable and safe. The location was really nice- next to the seaside and next to some nice local restaurants. The only downside is that the buses to the house don’t run very well so you may need to wait a long time to go to and from central Palermo.

Check out time a bit early for on going holidays. Toaster would be perfect. Surroundings a bit messy and dirty as in all Palermo city.

Great service from the owners, they accomdated our early arrival and there room was berautiful and accomdating to me and my family. They even had prepared notes with the best places to go eat and visit with scan code and directions. Waliking distance to gelato and beack and restos.

We absolutely loved staying in this very interesting local area. We jumped a local bus straight into the City Centre from just up the road. The other direction was to Mondello beach for the day The view from our kitchen/living area was to die for. Very central to everything, with the best pizza we have ever had across the road, the best gelato around the corner and a wonderful street market every Thursday that is a must visit. The apartment itself was immaculate and had everything you would ever need and more. Our Hosts Kristina & Vincenzo were delightful in assisting us at all times.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Stefania and Vincenzo's apartment in Palermo for four nights, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how immaculate the apartment was. It was super clean and filled with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The space itself was incredibly spacious, providing ample room to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It truly felt like a home away from home. What made the stay even more special were the hosts, Stefania and Vincenzo. They are two amazing human beings who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. The parking on premise is a great, with a quick and adventurous busride to Palermo centre.

Christina is a great host, she is very nice and helpful. The flat is on the forth floor with a beautiful view over Palermo's harbour. Near the flat is a really great Pizzaria, a ice cream shop, several supermarkets and great backeries. The flat was very well equipped and perfectly clean, huge plus was the private parking which is included. The location is perfect if you want to visit the city center by bus or car and still want to have a quiet neighborhood. We loved everything and can recommend this casa to 100%. If we ever come back to Palermo we will return to that stunning place

Cannot leave phone charging at home because electricity is only on when the key is plugged in.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The location is very good. Palermo center is easily reachable by car, beach is right beside the apartment. Safe parking place. A lot of local bakeries, pizzerias and fruit stands. On thursday there was local street market. Living in this apartment you can really feel like a local. 😀

Area around unit is aging and dirty, few restaurants or shops so you'll need to drive. Little English spoken and amenities sparce (ran out of toilet paper on 3 night stay, no bath items provided)

View to sea and harbor could not be better, unit is large and comfortable and host very helpful. Especially if you speak Italian. Great off Street parking

The neighborhood is not the cleanest, but the property is fenced and safe. You need a car to visit the city.
