The bathroom showed some dangs here and there. The shower cabin is really small. And there was a dark stain next to the shower, but it was not mold. The furnitures showed clear lime residues.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is situated very close to Termini train station. The room was clean and cozy, the breakfast was average ok.

The room did not have a queen bed as i booked for but 2 little beds. The breakfast was really low quality, with bad coffee, bad bread and the fruit was not fresh. I asked for some changes in the receipt they gave me and they did not help me.

When the lights in the corridors lit up, it would show from underneath the door, and since my bed was close to the door, I would be woken up, as I’m a light sleeper.

Double bed and single bed room was great. There was hot water and enough towels. The room was spacious enough. Comfy beds. Breakfast was delightful. Location around the hotel was captivating.

Hotel Lux offers a good accommodation option despite its limitations. If you can overlook the small rooms and appreciate the comfort they offer, along with the wonderful breakfast and diligent housekeeping, you're in for a decent stay.

Rooms are very old, things are either broken or missing. We checked 4 different rooms because we had to change since the room we got in the begging was awful but all the rooms are the same. When I mentioned this to the front desk they said “it’s the type of room you paid for” I paid 900€ for 3 nights in this room… check the pictures and judge yourself if this is fair (I would add more but it’s not possible). Definitely not a four star hotel. This was a very special trip for us and this situation really left a bad taste on our tongue. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Keep looking guys(:

Staff were rude and looked bored. Had no interest in our feedback or issues that were addressed on day one. It seemed like we interrupted their conversation. The rooms didn't have Aircon despite able to turn on whilst you can hear your neighbours talking or using the bathroom, so expect to be up at all hours of the night due to the loud water running through the pipes and your neighbours talking. The mini fridge didn't work either You also only get two sheets for the bed and no additional with pillows that may not meet your expectations With the location, there is a metro and station nearby, use that

i booked twin bed room, specious as per pictures but got the opposite (total disappointment) they offered to put twin bed in the same room, but i guess the room was too small for what i booked! after complaining and showing disappointment i felt like they made a spare room ready for us! room cleaness was very pooor! basically the pictures are a lie! wouldnt suggest anyone to book if thinking it will be a great experience! this stay made my Rome experience worst

In Five floor hotel only one lift working. At one point we have waited for the lift so long that in the end my husband who has bad knees had to walk down five flights of stairs.

This is not a 4 stars hotel. The hotel is old, dusty and uncared. The furniture and the button for flushing the toilet are broken. The shower area is tiny and the water’s temperature is out of control. The maid forget to provide the blanket and the towels. The room and the service are not qualified for 4 stars hotel at all!! This is a 3 or 2 stars hotel. Felt like I was deceived and not at all appreciated the staying experience.

I was at the hotel 4-5 years ago and wasn’t sure I could find it from the train station again but I did (a little confusing, but close by). I thought the breakfast was excellent. Also, it was very hot in Rome and my room was nice and cool…a welcomed relief!
