Superb location and lovely building. Rooms were a good enough size and clean. The gentleman at reception was very helpful.

Slow wifi connection. The TV could not be connected to the internet. The shower was not entirely clean and the hose was missing, which made taking the shower a bit impractical.

Good location close to the historical center. Friendly staff, check-in instructions easy to follow. The confortable mattress was also a plus. Restaurants and shops near.

Walls are very thin so you can hear everyone early in the morning

Very close walking distance to the Trevi fountain, colosseum, etc! Also very accommodating with late arrivals (flight landed at 2am). And early morning check outs (left at 4am).

We stayed in a triple room and we found it a bit small for 3 adults. There were not a lot of surfaces to put everyone's things, not enough hangers to hang the towels and not enough plugs around the bed. In general, I found it was a bit too expensive for what you get, but the prices all over Rome are very similar I suppose, especially with such a great location. Finally, it's supposed to be a 3-stars hotel, which means that you have to pay 6 EUR/night/person for the city taxes which I found excessive (this is not the hotel's fault - but you have to be aware of this).

Excellent location! Comfortable beds and clean room/place. The place has what you need to rest. There is air conditioning and a very very small fridge.

Very carreful host, he let us have early check-in. carre for our baggage and was very kind.I recomand his apartment.

The building is very old and facilities are very basic. There was no hot water the first morning of our visit but it worked fine the second day.

The location is excellent if you are taking the metro. Security at the location is very good.

Proper instructions would have saved time

Fantastic location. Only downside was we were not given the correct codes to get inside the building including the use of the elevator. An oversight of the person responsible. The receptionist was great.

The bathroom could be a little bit nicer, the toilet seat was moving and the drains were a little smelly when you started to use the facilities. They forgot to tell us that we have keys to the elevator, which would have been nice since I was pregnant and we had our 1,5 year old daughter with us.

The location is perfect, the room was really clean, the staff was nice and helpful.

The location was perfect! 15 minutes of almost everything. Very easy to find and so close to the train station. The staff was very friendly. Really recommend this property for a hop in and out if you know you’re spending majority of your time exploring the city.

The host was very accommodating, polite and welcoming. We arrived mid morning and our room was ready and we were able to store our luggage for the day. The room was on the second floor and very safe (two locked doors to access from the street and another locked door to enter the second floor then our room). Bed was comfortable (room a bit warm as the day was over 30 degrees). Good coffee in the morning. We’d stay again !

Compact for a family of 4 but fine for a couple of nights and central Rome in August it’s certainly good value.

Fabulous location for us arriving by train. easily walkable from the train station and only 10 minutes walks into the Center of Rome.

Needs a few small touch ups here and there but really can’t complain.

Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient, 10min walk from train station and 15-30min walk from pretty much all of the main attractions. The rooms were basic but did the job and the air conditioning was very good for hot days.
