The bathroom was very inconvenient, the space for toilet was way too small, you do not have space for the legs in front of the toilet. The water pressure in the shower was also very poor.

The location is percect, the sights, restaurants, shops and the waterbus is very close. The hotel has a nice charm.

The internet is not stable. Very difficult to use. Airconditioning didn't work but was advertised. Room was dirty in areas where you don't see. The vents and under the closets.

Near Rialto bridge, so easy walk to Rialto and St Marco. As advertised room had own bathroom and toilet. Old furniture. Guess thats how it was supposed to be. Staff was helpfull. Room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was good. Everyday new linnen.

WC was extreamly small and door didn't work properly. No bean coffee during breakfast (only instant coffee). A bed was quite old and not very comfortable.

Very good location. Kind personal. Not very noisy in the evening as it could be at this location.

The bathroom is a little tight. No shower enclosure, at least in my room, and the water pressure is very light. Took me a long time to shower. I'm not sure though if this is the same for all rooms.

Fantastic location! Near Rialto bridge and very much in the center, so walking around is a breeze.

The single beds in the quad room are not really suitable for adults and overall not very comfy. They are fine for children but I would recommend booking 2 separate rooms, if booking for more than 2 adults.

Our group of 4 adults stayed in a quad room which was a good size however the single beds were a bit on the small side for adults. The room was furnished in venetian style which was really nice and it was in a nice quiet (for venice!) location. It was close to the Rialto bridge and a short 10-15 minute walk to St Marks square. I would stay there again and would recommend to others.

Room was dark, window was just near the wall of opposite building (but it's not surprising in Venice). It was loud in the evening, even with the window closed I could hear everything from street, music from restaurant etc. So have earplugs with you.

Good location, few minutes to Rialto, so travel to Marco Polo airport was very easy. Breakfast is really good, you have a lot of options. Single room with private bathroom was rather comfortable, though small. For one night stay it was really good.

Real brewed coffee in the morning instead of the hotel coffee machine would have been better.

Loved the restaurant. Dinner in the laid back courtyard was wonderful, and very reasonably priced. We skipped a planned dinner on the Grand Canal to return to this restaurant a second night. Food was that good. Hotel location is great.

Wish an iron was provided and the bathroom was cleaned more thoroughly. The table attached to the wall was strangely slanted at an angle.

The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from the closest ferry stop (Rialto) and is close to many shops and restaurants. Buffet breakfast included makes it a lot easier in the morning before going out. The hotel has a lift which helps with luggage and reception staff are always willing to answer questions and provide guidance.

It would be better to clean the room better - the floor was not so clean and a dust was somewhere on the furniture.

Wonderful location - near St Marco square, but in a quiet street. And good price for Venice for this location. A hotel is old, but what is not old in central Venice?! So, I recommend to choose this place for a short stay (1-3 weeks). Room 304 on the 3rd floor has a nice small square view - best of all, I think))))) Cozy design, comfortable beds, normally working air condition. Normal breakfast - in it simple variation - some kinds of bread, jams, hams, some cakes. Croissants and cheese and wonderful coffee are the best choice, and yogurt may be. Coffee is really good, like anywhere in Italy! It's ok to choose a simple but cozy hotel fo a short stay in Venice, because it's better to explore this amazing fairy tale city instead of sitting in the hotel;)) Enjoy!

Absolutely no value for money. I was in a long corridor they decided to make a room. My single bed was pushed to the wall to make space to stand inside the room. The room overlooked a square with a restaurant and there were bright lights on till late at night. The room was old and musty. There was absolutely no water pressure and Incouldnt shower the second day. The toilet was the size of a large closet. The advertisement said there was a Tv and it turned out to be a tiny little box Tv that fit on top of a tiny set of drawers. Besides one lonely tiny bottle of shampoo there was nothing else provided in the toilet.

Location. Also, The staff were absolutely lovely. Courteous and very accommodating.

There was no hot water or water pressure for the entire stay. There was absolutely no sound proofing, You could hear the neighbours go to the toilet. You get woken up every morning when they drag the tables outside to set up for breakfast, I don't think they could make any more noise if they tried. The hotel smelt like a sewer and I'd suggest you bring your own pillow. This is AT BEST a two star hotel but you are still paying over $100 a night!

Wifi did not connect most of the time and even when connected was extremely slow even in lobby and common areas. Room was smaller than depicted in the pictures. It was a little too cozy for four people. Shower cubicle was also quite small.

Room was very clean and warm. The beds were comfortable and we had a very good night's sleep. Staff was very efficient and the check in check out process was smooth. Luggage storage is also available after checking out which was quite helpful for us as our train was in evening. The hotel location is excellent, lots of restaurants nearby and all tourist spots are within few minutes walking distance. We ended up walking everywhere. The vaporetto stop is also quite near. Breakfast was very good and there were lot of choices available. The food at the restaurant was also very good.

Good location, so handy for water bus between Rialto and airport stops. Upon request they moved me from room 308 to room 204. Both are single rooms, but 204 is better - slightly more space/better layout with a better (but still tiny) bathroom.
