There are plates and utensils in the kitchen, but there is no sponge or dish washing liquid to clean them after use. Train goes very close to the flat, so it is very noisy.

We could checkin earlier, host is very nice. Location is very good.

Great location, only a ten minute walk from station. Check in was easy and the host was very welcoming. The room was clean and we made use of the fridge outside in the communal space. Comfortable stay overall :)

The room was clean, comfortable and a short walk to the centre of town. It is located on the 2nd floor and the building is equipped with an elevator. The host Carmela was polite and responsive to queries or issues. There is a laundrette downstairs which was really convenient because we had lots of washing to do. You can also access vending machines and a pharmacy at street level. There are also several restaurants nearby. My only criticism was the noise level from the other rooms and from trains going past in the early hours. Other than that it’s a good place to stay.

We didnt get instructions on how to check in upon arrival. We were knocking the door and ringing the bell, but no one was available to open the door, though we got a confirmation of an early check in. After we waited sitting on the stairs of the building for more than an hour, a couple (other guests of the Lemon Town rooms) came from outdoors. We explained them everything, they provided us with the wifi password so that we could contact our hosts and enter the guesthouse. When they entered their room, it appeared that the cleaning woman , who was supposed to be available to open the door when we arrive, was sleeping in their bed !!!! and because of that we lost so much time while waiting for someone to come and open the door. This is unbelievable!

In general we are very much satisfied with the Lemon Town rooms. Our room (the green one) was large, comfortable, fresh and esthetic, windows looking at a yard with lemon trees :) We had everything we needed - a good bed, toiletries, a fridge, great shower. Changing towels every day. The location was excellent. Close to the train station, lots of shops and restaurants around. The hosts were very nice and hospitable, easy to contact and answering very fast , they also agreed for an early check in for us, as we were arriving to Sorrento early in the morning. We would definitely stay at this place again. The only thing is from time to time a train is passing by with noise during daytime. But it didnt bother us much as we were going out early in the morning and coming back late at night.

Water pressure wasn’t great and the bathroom fan didn’t work.

The only bad thing was that the hot water did not work properly, it took while to get hot and after few minutes started to get cold again.

The bed is super comfy, the room is big and very short walk to the center. Lovely place.

Nothing we didn’t like but just the check in process was confusing as we hadn’t been told what the process looks like. Didn’t know what floor the appartments was on when walked into the foyer but thankfully she replied very quickly and was there to greet us. Not a biggie but the room backed onto the train lines coming/going from Sorrento.

The property was very close to main transport routes (10min walk from train station, bus stop right outside) Room was refreshed each day which was lovely to come back to after a day out, had a decent size fridge which kept all our drinks cold, Air condition was amazing. A large sized TV which is always nice. 24/7 laundry mat right outside which was amazing half way thru our 7 week trip.

There were ants everywhere eek! We didn’t mind them much at first, until we woke up to find our suitcase absolutely covered in them. We also had a 10:30a checkout time and when we got back to the room at 9:30a someone was already in and cleaning it so we felt rather rushed to leave.

We booked this day of after changing some plans and were very thankful for the accommodation. Staff was so nice and even had our room ready early! It’s about a 12 minute walk from the train station, 15 to the center piazza, so location is pretty good!

The price is affordable, 7 minutes walk from the center, no need for car. The room was clean, quiet, and big enough. The host was super friendly, and helpful with everything.

Apartment backs onto the train line so expect some noise from trains and traffic on the main road.

Walking distance (10 mins) from the train and bus station and close to the town centre. Was also right above a 24hr laundromat which was convenient as well. Staff were super lovely and organised a surprise for our anniversary as well - thank you!

No problems really. Could have understood how to make a coffee or tea. Getting to the port was a task but once we asked the bus driver it became easier to accomplish

Host met us to hand keys to place. A nice distance away from the center. A very good restaurant closeby made the location perfect. From port took bus to close by to this place, difficult to know at first what buses run near here and where they go to in the center. A nice walk to the main station and coach station. Shopping area all within an easy walk.

The Airbnb host didn’t give us clear directions, and it was hard to communicate with them in English. We asked a few questions, but they didn’t understand us and gave us the wrong information

Bed was very old and uncomfortable No tea & coffee available, we were told coffee was available every morning from 7.30am - didn’t happen. No cups. What was on the website didn’t reflect the room or facilities. Balcony showed beautiful flowers, there were no flowers only dead ones. Outdoor furniture rusted, large gas cylinders. Very noisy not sound proof. Regretted our stay.
