Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Although the exterior looks fairly new, the hallways and the room itself felt quite outdated, as if from 50 years ago. With just a few small updates, it could look much better. The shower had low water pressure, the air conditioning in the room was a bit weak, and we couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password anywhere in the room. Some of the English translations on signs and notes were also awkward, which could easily be improved.
The staff was very helpful, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. There was private parking available, the property was very clean and tidy, and we enjoyed the nice terrace with a pool view.

The rooms are not soundproof. Fortunately, there was no noise during the night but I did hear noises late at night and from 7a.m. The coffee machine, at breakfast, needs to be replaced. It kept breaking down. Staff are wonderful, they need to be given the right resources.
All staff were excellent! They were friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The room was large with a comfortable bed and with a very good size bathroom. Breakfast was excellent! Great variety of very tasty food! Location was perfect! They do have a small parking area which we used and it was ideal!

Booking.com advertised it as free breakfast. We booked 2 rooms, one economy and one double, the economy didn’t have free breakfast.
Amazing staff, very welcoming and knowledgeable.The hotel is on a side street but close to the centre and the train station. We had some very good restaurants at a short walking distance. We parked on the street for €4.50 a day (pay at reception). For us, it was a good base to explore Tuscany. We stayed in the wellness block which was quiet.

If I had one complaint, the room was a little dark even with shutters open, but it wouldn't put me off staying again.
Nothing disappointed everything good. The barman federico was great. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

Breakfast was expensive and dull. Hardly any vegetables, things ran out all the time. Jacuzzi was cold! Pool is tiny. Drinks are crazy expensive at the bar.
It was near the center, the rooms were small but clean. Air con was working in 2 out of 3 rooms. They helped us with parking. Staff were great!

We had issues with our aircon not working, we reported this as soon as we arrived, was told it would be dealt with, came back and still not working, staff had clearly forgotten, then it was too late and we had a very uncomfortable first night with no aircon.
Great central location, easy walk to main attractions.

Very clean and lovely staff.The catering staff wirk really hard. Theonly downside was there was a lot of groups of teenagers staying on different nights.They were noisy as we were on the front and could here them till early hours in the morning .

Although there was a restaurant there was a limited choice of dinner options, fortunately there were a lot of good restaurants within a short walk in the town.
The room size was perfect. The room also had a kettle and cups,but no coffee sachets or milk. However when I asked for milk I was supplied with a jug. I travel with sachets and we bought a packet of tea locally. The room had a good amount of plug points, so we could charge our pads etc.
