Location, amazing staff, facilities

The paper thin walls

Breakfast was ok, standard options, nothing exceptional, standard offering. Pool was nice, parking great, staff was very nice

The hotell overall is quite dated, needs a refresch, area quite hard hit during Covid, some hotels close by that are shutdown. The staff is very nice, but could use a refresh, for the price we paid, do not feel we go our moneys worth overall.

It has nice renovated public areas. Good breakfast. Rooms are small and bathrooms ok but could use a refresh.

Bathrooms need an update.

The hotel is located in the quiet, peaceful Pineta district, close to the beach. Clean, practical rooms. Polite staff, among whom I would especially highlight the kindness, smiling, fresch personality of Aicha. She also serves at the pool bar. The breakfast is adequate. The bicycle provided by the hotel broke down in the city center, but upon informing the reception, they arranged for a replacement bicycle to be picked up at their nearby sister hotel. The heated pool and the built-in and traditional jacuzzi are the icing on the cake!

The nearby Pineta beach is not the best.

Very good breakfast with good variety, the pool is for little kids in summer time, beach is at optimal distance. And bicycle availability on courtesy is very competitive. Personel's attention was great!

The common area was very clean and nice especially the restaurant but room cleaning was slightly under expectations

Our room was great with a balcony overlooking the pool, the air conditioing worked well. The room was very clean. Dinner was nice in the restaurant but the hotel is located in an area which is walking distance to the beach and other good restaurants. Nice pool great for families. Staff were very helpful.

The shower in our room was a bit small but worked fine.

The hotel is perfectly located in Grado Pineta, close to the beach and close to the center (10 min bike ride). Breakfast is good and dinner is also excellent for a very reasonable price. The room is spacious and clean. Swimming pool and relaxing areas are also nice and clean. Free bikes to be used during the stay The best part of this hotel is the staff: kind, available, gentle and helpful. Especially Silvia is a super star.

The overall look is a bit 80's, but it is ok.

The Best thing was the possibility to borrow city bike for free to get to the city center.

The outdoor area is very nice.

The friendliest and most helpful hosts. Spacious rooms and real cleanliness everywhere. Free sunbeds and bicycles. I can only recommend.
