The location was perfect - literally walk down the steps, cross the street, and you're at the beach! The staff was very helpful for check-in and with any needs we had (none!). The place was immaculate, very modern and updated, and perfect for a couple's getaway. We enjoyed the Anzio sea and restaurants and will definitely come back soon! 10/10

No reserved parking, but if you get lucky there is public parking in front of the house (depends on the time of day).

Highly recommended place! The owner is very helpful and nice with communication. The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped. I will definitely come back again!

Huge Terrace. Close to the beach. Very private. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Mere steps away from a very nice restaurant which has a lovely seaside patio.

A little on the small side. When you first Winr I. There was a musty smell but with the door and window open it went spaway. I can only assume that it is because it is so close to the sea.ng stay.

Amazing comfy apartments, much more than expecting, . Very comfy bed, sofa and everything what need, include dishwasher and also tablets for dishwasher Nice outdoor terrace with outdoor shower. Good garden furniture. The owners looks didn't save money for quests. There is also small cordless wacum for fast tidy up. Beach-just across the road.

The street in nights not looking nice, as there is next old,empty building. but apartments is fantastic There is parking on the road.

No kettle no coffee pods for coffee maker and couldn't buy any in the shop. No tea towel All the electricity boxes were unsightly and flashing constantly

This property is absolutely gorgeous, perfect for a couple wanting a high quality residence. Extremely secure and private elevated position across from the beach. Very comfortable and tastefully designed, well maintained with all the facilities one could possibly expect or require.

Right next to the beach, great apartment and terace, modern interior, perfect for us. Also close to the center. We did not meet with the host, but entering the house was supereasy and convinient.

Lovely, clean, and perfect for a weekend stay. Updated and modern - exceptionally clean. Well appointed and well equipped. Had a small problem and the host fixed it in the absolute best way. Super responsive and very friendly. The air conditioning works well, the bed is comfortable, and kitchen works well for preparing small meals. Terrace is really nice and it was lovely to see the beach in the morning.

Great location, amazing host. The apartment is even nicer than the photos. Across the street from a well organized beach and easy walk from the Anzio train station. Lots of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and gelatareias. We stayed here to explore Rome. We had beauty, the beach, quiet, and safety; while only a 1 hour, 10 minute ride on the Trenitatlia Regional line that runs every hour from Roma Termini to Nettuno. The apartment is beautifully appointed with every convenience. The host left us plenty of coffee packets for our stay for the Nescafe Dolce Caffe machine. There was plenty of equipment to cook with, cleanup and even laundry pods. Everything was very clean, beds were super comfortable. The host went above and beyond when on our first day I accidentally had us get off the train at Anzio Colonia instead of the next stop Anzio. I texted to let the host know we would be late for checkin since it would be a 40 minute vs 10 minute walk. He came and picked us up in his car. Truly exceptional welcome. Grazie!
