Facilities a little tired - one of the plug sockets didn't work, air con not visibly effective. Fine for April and very good value for money for location, but I would need better air con for summer months

The rooms were in 2 separate buildings. We were in the ‘annex’ which meant walking down the road to the other building for breakfast. There was no lounge or seating area. Our room was an attic room with a small window which meant it was rather dark, but not too much of a problem for a winter stay.

Good location…a short walk to the old city. It was in a quiet side street. The building was old. There were exposed beams in the attic room we had. There was a good selection of pastries, breads, meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurt egg and bacon for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English.

The floor shows traces of footpath. While the overall bedroom was clean, i would have appreciated to have a mopped floor, especially in the bathroom.

Our room smelled cigarettes pretty badly and the mattress on bed was not the best one.

The hotel is located just next to the old town and it's easily accessible by car.

The shower head was not providing water properly (probably because of the limestone in the holes).

Stylish room in an old house. Nice interior. Good breakfast with good choice of food even the hotel is quite small. The location was very convenient: nearby the old town, 10 min walk to the train station and central bus stop. We discovered two extremely nice bars just around the corner for a late drink and hang out.

Room wasn't great, not super clean and the curtain in the bathroom was see through and I was on the ground floor....anyone on the street could see right in. I had to use towels and stack luggage to have privacy. Yikes!

The first room that we were when we arrived it was not good at all. The balcony behind the room was dirty with rest of cigars, the proximity of other buildings were too close so we could not open the windows. The shower box was horrendous dirty with plenty of mold. The receptionist, and italian lady was so rude and unpleasant and she was refusing to move us to another room and also she did not allow us to talk with the general manager. The argentinian lady at the breakfast was also rude with us, refusing to serve us and treating us differently as she was behaving so pleasantly with a group of americans.

The second bedroom that they gave us after our complains regarding cleanliness issues was very good, tidy, the interiors were refurbished. The general manager Mr Carmelo was very pleasant and gave us a very nice treatment and a good and clean bedroom to stay.

Loads of nice things to do in the area for a 2 - 3 day trip. Many good restaurants also and the people are really friendly. Breakfast at the hotel was very nice and the staff helpful.
