We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Large room with comfy bed and big shower. The breakfast was fabulous with a large selection of fresh fruit. Elizabetta at reception had some great tips for local restaurants and i'm glad i took her advice. Free parking also available on site.

United StatesThis hotel is so cute, clean, comfortable, and located right by the festive town square. We loved the convenient parking lot, delicious breakfast, and little area outside for sitting and lounging. It was perfect for a few days by the beach.

SpainThe hotel is perfectly located in the charming town of Pula. Within walking distance to the center for restaurants and shops, the hotel is away from the action making for a quiet respite. The staff were super helpful and absolutely lovely! Would absolutely recommended staying here while exploring southern Sardegna!!

United Kingdomfirst impression was oh god what have I booked and there was a foisty smell but when you look around the place has been painted and done up and it is spotless I am very fussy and there was nothing I could really fault so, the breakfast is down in the basement which I didn’t like but you do have the option to take it upstairs and sit outside so cannot fault that so we had a patio downstairs which was lovely but one thing, no clothes horse to hang any washing, so towels and bikini over the chairs so that’s the only thing I would suggest to them is a little clothes horse would be great 😊
very very clean, excellent location to pula for walking in for a meal, staff lovely, cleaning ladies lovely all very helpful, bathroom nice and big, rooms big and cleaned everyday and fresh towels big car park out the back breakfast fresh and clean and great latte 😆 sheets on beds spotless and white

AustraliaThe air conditioning wasn’t very effective during the very hot weather when we stayed - it took several hours for our room to cool down enough to sleep each evening. The mini bar fridge also wasn’t permitted to be used for one’s own drinks, which was inconvenient.
The location was good, the rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, and there was good secure parking on the premises.
