The place was very clean, Wifi provided, the bed was comfortable, AC was present, it had a small elevator as well and the host was nice!

In the toilet there was used towels on the floor but up to that no problem

The costumer service it was really good quick response and happy it was close to the city center and train station if you want quick cheap stay then I recommend it

Very accommodating owner. 2 hours early checking in. This was basically a room with facilities and perfectly adequate as lots of restaurants nearby. Given keys to access building and room as required and left to come and go.

I thought our reservation included breakfast. The man in reception insisted that it did not. I asked to speak with the manager. A man called me and told me our reservation did not include breakfast. They were extremely serious, not friendly at all, not willing to negotiate at all. Complete hard asses and not nice about the misunderstanding at all. They were clearly more interested in the bottom line which is the money rather than any customer service at all.

It was some problems with hot water and air conditioner. After 1 hour with working air conditioner still it was cold. I`m waiting for hot water 5 min from shower. There was still no hot water in the sink - barely warm

Location is good - near Termini and a lot of buses, subway. Room with comfortable beds and all necessary accessories.

Correct name of object, is not a hotel, an apartment. Breakfast who will receive is at 2 street away from the apartment. Every day room was cleared, and the situation was good. Brecfast was delicious. In Rome is full with theifs be carefull in metro trains and places with big groups with people. There were 2 attempts to steal personal belongings from our family.

The owner was extremely helpful with anything we needed. He went above and beyond. The hotel exactly met our needs and was very close to the Termini train station. It is a good distance from the historical sites, but has easy metro access.

The location of the room was very central and the termini station was very near by foot. If your flight is very early in the morning, is the best solution in order to get the bus to the airport. Also the staff was very polite and kind.

The room was opposite a very busy and loud restaurant and bar which kept us awake at night. The kettle did not have anywhere to use it apart from the floor. The breakfast was terrible for people who are gluten free, as the only thing that was offered was a very dry biscuit or coffee. There was no way of getting in at night when we arrived tired and ready to sleep.

I missed a 24/7 front desk as I had to pick up a package.

The room was clean and it was cleaned everyday very well. The mini frige was ok. The AC worked well considering 38 degrees in the city. It’s very close to Roma Termini (just 5 min walking)

When we got to the building, we followed the instructions and went to the reception to take our key, We kept ringing the bell but nobody answered. Only when I texted the host here on booking he answered saying he was coming down. The room and the bathroom were really small for a family of 4. There was a king sized bed and two single beds in it, but it was not comfortable and we barely had any space. Also, the building was kind of old and had other properties too. In front of it there was a bar were people were screaming until very late. The property was also far from all tourist points, such as the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain, so we had to take buses all the time. Otherwise, we would've had to walk 30-40 minutes to go anywhere. The breakfast was held in a caffe down the street, but it had a really limited selection, with only sweet food.

The property was a 10 minute walk from Roma Termini and really close to restaurants and bus and metro. A cappuccino, a corneto and a orange juice were included on the breakfast The air conditioner was perfect, especially because it was too hot on the streets.

Nothing complain except the noise from the Bar on the street in the night.
