No complaints. My sister has dietary restrictions and found the food a bit limited, but I was pleased. There is a small town nearby but the recommended restaurant was closed one night and we ate at a somewhat odd place that specializes in meats.

We had no idea what to expect and when we arrived and walked around the house and the grounds we were amazed. I could stay there forever! The decour was lovely, the grounds had a beautiful herbal fragrance from all of the flowers and herbs. The dinner was simple but well prepared. I stayed with my boyfriend in a duplex cottage where the farm workers used to live and my sister stayed in the main house. Both accommodations were beautiful. Alex, who manages the property was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The added bonus was the sweet elderly dog REX.

Everything was great.

Property is beautiful with great architectural design. Room was spacious and nicely appointed. Views of countryside great. Restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner, great food and nice wines. Alex and staff were helpful and friendly.

The staff were wonderful, they took such good care of us. It is a beautifully refurbished property and is understatedly elegant. We had dinner at the restaurant both nights and the food and service was superb. The breakfast was the best we have had in Europe. I would absolutely recommend this place.

The breakfast was a bit simple. There wasn’t many people at the property when we were there, so I understand this is difficult to execute. But an eggs and bacon or other breakfast options a la carte would have solved this. Still scoring everything a 10 out of 10 because it absolutely deserves it.

This was the highlight of our trip to Sicily. The property was stunning. Beautifully decorated, relaxing atmosphere. Alex was an amazing host, always working and always smiling. Friendly staff. Dinner was good. Clean environment, good air conditioning. Loved the dog, wish we could take him home. Can’t wait to come back.
