Inadequate lighting and AC. One charging socket was loose. The room was smaller than what it looked like in pictures. The hotel is in the third floor and elevator in the building was very scary and looked like it can fall anytime. There were drunk people lying on the first floor.

Staff was nice and helpful. Towels and soaps were provided. Room was clean. Location is perfect. Train bus coffee shops museums everything was close by

It’s a good place to stay if you need to get an early train from Termini, otherwise I’d recommend somewhere else in Rome. The area is quite seedy, and there was someone sleeping in the stairwell when I left in the morning.

The stairs with heavy bags was difficult to navigate and the lights in the room were broken. The bed was a bit wornout.

It is very close to the train station, it was secure and quiet. The staff was really kind and easy to talk to. The bathroom was very clean.

The bad thing about the hotel is the location. Despite the fact that the hotel is located near the underground and very well connected, the surrounding area looks very rough, not very safe.

The room was good and clean with a nice balcony and the staff was lovely.

The stairs up to the property were never cleaned. There was a large amount of old food on the stairs that was mouldy it was not removed or cleaned all the days at the hotel. We had to shuffle past the food

The staff was a bit unprofessional. I don't mind they don't understand English, but every time we asked about something they looked so bored and didn't want to cooperate at all. The air condition was working only for cold mode, but eventually we managed to turn on the heater in the bath room and keep the bath door open so that way we could warm up the entire room. Again figured out by ourselves, because when we asked for heat option, we received short answer like "the air conditioning is only cold"... The rooms were extremely small.

The location was very good and communicative. We had easy access to train station (like 3 min walking distance) and main buses to the sight seeing and centre parts of the city were like 3-5min walking distance again. The colosseum was around 20 minutes by walking. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The shower, the better make a plastic curtain instade of fixed glass from which dont allow you to bend and wash your body.

Location is perfect but the room was too small, particularly the shower.

The hotel is on the 3rd floor of a building with other hotels within it. The lift doesn't leave from the ground floor. You have to walk up several steps to even reach it. Totally unsuitable for people with mobility problems. I had asked about a lift beforehand, saying I had difficulty with stairs, and this was not mentioned to me. I'm 67 with severe arthritis and walk with a stick...also, no proper handrail on steps. If I had known I would have to drag my case up several stairsteps to reach the lift I would not have booked this hotel. Had to get dressed again to go ask at the desk for the TV remote, which was not in my room. No coffee or tea-making facilities in the room.

Room itself was ok. Bed was comfortable. Fairly quiet. Staff pleasant. I was allowed to check out at 11am. Very close to Roma Termini and restaurants etc. Handy if you arrive on a late flight. Price was very reasonable for the area and for the actual room on offer. Was upgraded to a double.

Old and outdated furniture and had a single bed that I barely fit on. Air conditioning didn’t actually cool the room at all, so between the tiny child-size bed and no air con, I had the worst sleep ever! Not only was the bedroom super claustrophobic and way too hot, but the bathroom was tiny and claustrophobic too. The buddy was way too close to the toilet and my legs would be touching it when I sat on the toilet. Both were way too close to the tub. Bathroom felt like an obstacle course because if the issues. Stairs to get to the elevator (holding and lifting a heavy suitcase was hard and only one elevator for all of the hotels in the building).

I knew for the price what to expect. So it met my expectations. Nothing to complain about . If anything the shower was small but in Italy that's not unusual.

I wanted somewhere close to the train station. I was able to leave my luggage all day stored there for a small fee . It was across the road from the station and then a minute walk to find the hotel . It was opposite KFC . There was a few stairs then a lift . Plenty of restaurants around . For me it was very suitable. The price was fair . My room was bright it had a window . The AC worked . They supplied enough toiletries and towels . It had a bar fridge . For a short stay was cost effective and easy to get back to the train station.

1. AC wasn’t working. We were sweating all night. Complained to the manager and his response was “sorry!.. can’t do anything”! We had to sleep with windows opened and of course noises of cars and people fighting in the streets! 2. NO hot water!!!! Had to take cold showers! Again complained and they didn’t fix the problem. 3. I needed to keep my medicine in a cool place and the little fridge in the room wasn’t working. I didn’t bother to complain. 4. No one spoke English! Had to use Google translate to communicate and no one is st the front desk after midnight! 5. Elevator worked only 50 % of the the time. The hotel is on the THIRD floor. Homeless people live every night on the stairs! Most horrible “ hotel” experience in my life! Thinking about disputing the charges with my CC company. PLEASE COPY this word for word ON BOOKING.

Hotel is at the third floor of a building. The staff gave you a key of room. The building’s door is 24 hour open. So one day when i came back i came across with drug addicted people inside. It was all my responsibility to reach third floor. There is no reception at night. I couldnt sleep at my room cos there was no security at all. I wanted to check out but they didnt refund me. So i couldnt risk my life and left.

There was nothing to like.
