Some of the rooms were too small for 2 people. Front desk unattended until 10 am.

The location was ideal. A short walk to St. Peter’s and steps from the metro. Generous air conditioning.

We did not realize that the property was run more like an AirBNB (minus the kitchen) - in that there was no one on site before 10 am or after 10 pm (we can into an issue where our room was cleaned but no new towels were given - there was no one to get in contact with when we returned later that evening to have towels for showering). There was also not an option to have a tag on the door to not have the room serviced, which we usually prefer. The wifi was also hit or miss and quite spotty - though this may have been the location of our room in the building. More clear instructions in the check in process (buzzing in from the street) would have been appreciated as it is difficult to locate the property (a floor within an apartment complex).

The staff that we met was very friendly, we arrived quite early and they allowed us to keep our bags stored at no extra cost while we waited for the room to be ready later in the day - this allowed us to explore the city in the morning and afternoon. The location is also conveniently located next to a metro stop as well as the Vatican.

Bathroom was tiny. My friend was pregnant so it was a challenge for her to use the shower.

Location is perfect, close to metro station and Vatican. Staff was very nice, we got recommendations for a few restaurants in the area and the food was delicious :)

We were unaware that they had no normal ‘hotel entrance’, but you need to ring in, then they buzz you in. But we were also u aware that the ‘lobby’ is on the 2nd floor of the building. It took us some time to find the lobby, but when we finally did, and they explained the procedure for coming and going, it was fine.

The desk managers, location, and overall room was very nice! We had a great experience there - loved that it was so close to the Marta subway, which is very easy to use. Would f]definitely stay here again, especially if touring the Vatican area!

I would like to express my deep gratitude for the hospitality and excellent service! We spent three nights here, we really liked the room: there is air conditioning, a beautiful large bathroom, shower products, lots of towels. There is also coffee and water in the room, a very comfortable mattress, orthopedic. Convenient location: near the metro, shops, attractions, the Vatican. We were even able to leave our things after check-out and go for a walk in the Vatican. And when we returned in the evening, they made us coffee for free and gave us water to take to the airport. It was very nice ☺️ we were delighted ❤️ and we recommend this hotel with great pleasure 🎉 we hope to return soon 🫰🇮🇹🙏
