Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

EstoniaIt’s definitely not 4-star hotel - it’s just too simple. If the night for two cost almost 300 euros, that’s just pricey and you ecpext more from a hotel.
It’s a quiet 4-star hotel not far from the Stazione Centrale. Breakfast was good and room was ok, personnel was friendly.

the staff were friendly and very helpful as this was a last minute booking on Friday morning. the facilities were comfortable especially the bed. The aircon worked well.

Location just near milano centrale, we’re staying one day for transfer, we went to airport by train from Milano centrale. You can reach Duomo on foot for 25 min or take metro. Breakfast very good, fresh fruits and as for us good capuccino.

United KingdomBeds were pretty comfy except that they rolled around easily and felt cheap. I’d prefer proper bed frames. Pillows were way too thin and bedding was minimal. Location was ok in that it was close to central station but not much going on in that vicinity so had to walk or take trains to get to the more fun neighborhoods. Also they have a cute bar set up in the lobby but when we asked for drinks they only had beer and sparkling wine and didn’t seem too keen on serving us so we just went somewhere else. They could make better use of that cafe/bar area as a place that hotel guests could hang out. I think it would boost their business, especially since it’s well designed and would probably look good on social media.
Cleanliness was very good, staff were friendly. It’s about an 8 min walk to the main train station for Milan.
