Nice room and very comfortable bed

Hotel Mediolanum is in a prime location in easy walking distance to the Central Station and a variety of restaurants. The staff are very welcoming & friendly. There is a lobby area downstairs to relax and enjoy a coffee. Bags can also be stored on this level. A bright breakfast room is in the basement with an excellent variety of foods to start your day. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The walls are a little thin allowing voices and noise from other rooms to be heard-early morning phone calls, but generally most guests were quiet overnight.

Cleanliness and staff

Shower drainage is very slow

The staff were very friendly even though we don't speak any italian, they remembered our room number and got our key for us as soon as we came in the door everytime. We arrived at the hotel about 3 hours early (before check in) and they had the room ready for us within 10 minutes. Good selection of different foods at breakfast, never had cheesecake at breakfast time before.

Couple of the soaps were empty when we got there and the shower position made it so that it was getting the floor wet

Very modern and colorful hotel. Very comfortable beds. Good toiletries.

The shower was super small. Noise very early jn the morning (i think were the cleaning ladies).

Close to the station, you can walk to and from there easily. Also close to public transport to other spots. Comfortable and clean.

Pretty pricey for the standard.

Good location, 5 minutes to Milano Centrale and Buenos Aires street. The room is quite spacious with 2 windows, comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom is clean, but a little tired. The breakfast is quite tasty with good choice, everyone will choose something for themselves, they make espresso and cappuccino. You can leave your luggage after check-out.

The location and how quiet it was

The bathroom had a poo smell coming from it this made the room smell not pleasant i had to close the bathroom door.

The only positive was the location and the room was done everyday but the floor was not cleaned properly as there was dust. Customer service was good

Breakfast was same everyday. They could have had scrambled eggs 1 day, fried the next & omlette one day. Scrambled eggs was every day. Nothing changed the whole week. Our AC was not working & the room was very hot, they gave us fans but that was just blowing hot air.

We got a room with shower as requested. However the shower was a bit too small. The hotel provided coffee, cake and juice for all guests in the lobby.

Clean and good facilities and kind& polite staff. There’s a good pizza shop, so easy to dine in or takeout. 7min walk to Milano Centrale station.

Room was nice and cozy. Bed was very firm and comfortable. Hotel is 10 minutes from Milano Centrale. Great location.
