Broken mattress, dirty walls, smoke smell; much worse than it is advertised

A bit too far from center, most restaurants and businesses nearby were closed. Almost no private beaches open from beginning of October in the area (found one a few kilometres away on our last day). It is probably not that warm every year at that time, that’s the reason. We had average 28 degrees every day. There were 2 parties while our 5-night stay, a bit hard to sleep. The superior room has an amazing view on the sea but it’s really noisy also in the night, cars are passing all the time (main street right under the window). If you are a light sleeper, that may be a problem. Would like to have more variety at breakfast, mostly sweet pastries.

We liked the room, the cleaning staff did a good job. The staff was very friendly and answered all the questions we had. Very close to metro station. A great grocery store Conad and Doppio Malto (good restaurant) right next to the hotel. You can order great coffee at breakfast, also decaf.

A long way from the centre of Salerno so limited in variety of restaurants etc.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. It was opposite a lido which had its own large swimming pool, bar and beach area (€10 per day which included sun beds deck chair and parasol).

The double rooms are not in the same condition as in the photos - they are less attractive than in the photos. The shower in these rooms is literally 60X60 CM (in the triple room it was a normal size), and there's no place to put shower products such as shampoo, soap, etc). The hair dryer is very poor and does not dry at all. In one of the double rooms there was no safe (even it's mentioned there is). The rooms are defenitly not soundproof (we heard very well people in the hall and the guests from the next room). The Wifi is horrible - less the 2MB download and 0.1MB upload. The breakfast is not rich enough - no variety of cheese/salami, no vegetables at all, more than once the dishes ran out very fast and it took forever to refill them. The aircondioning didn't work.

The Location is very comfortable to visit Amalfi Coast - it's located about 3 minutes drive from the autostrada. The hotel has private parking (which is subject to availability - and usually get's full by the night, however, we found a place for 2 vehicles). The staff is nice.

The breakfast are poor for the hotel quality, only have one slices bread not other kind of bread, the staff dont refill if the food finish, very bad staff on the brakfast.

On the first room we had, was with an unpleasant view,they quickly change us without any trouble, the second one was nicer and bigger but was noisy with all the cars passing by and the mosquitoes, we have to kill them every night and there were marks of dead mosquitoes on the room of other stays before hand, the shower plate on the bathroom was unclean or should i say really discolored, we didn't say anything in hope it would be fixed, but it wasn't. The bed is not comfortable and wakes the person you sleep with everytime you got up. Better beds and a good throughout clean of the bathroom would fix most of the problems

The staff is exceptional very attentive very supportive and very helpful in every need, they are so friendly and reliable, great price all in all if you only plan to sleep there. The air conditioner works well too

Service at the front desk is really good, room equipment is decent. Need to click the bell for the clerk to open the gate for your car to come into the parking.

Nice location in Salerno, close to good restaurants, a supermarket, the beach. The hotel is in good condition. Modern decoration of the hotel and rooms. Sufficient parking which is free. Attentive and professional staff. We had dinner at a very nice restaurant just next door towards the left. Excellent food, service and craft beers !!
