We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyThe rooms were outdated. The restaurant area didn’t have any a/c on and it was really hot especially at breakfast. The buffet area at dinner didn’t get replenished, once it was done it was done, leaving guests who arrived later with no choices of food besides the main dishes that were ordered at the time of check in.
The location was great, close to restaurants, bars, arcades and the beach. The hotel provided a free pass for the parking by the beach.

The staff are so sweet and feel like family. They really go out of their way to help you. My partner and I are vegan and they made sure we were completely catered for. The place is so nice and such good value for money. To make it even better we wanted to stay another night and somehow we ended up in an even better room for a cheaper price. Highly recommend! Thank you so much for the stay <3

Austriait's a "nice" hotel , but don't expect 4-star quality. it was probably 4**** in 1986. the staff is friendly, but the time left it's traces on the building and the interior.

Russiawhen we arrived, we were accommodated not in a triple comfort room, but in a double room, although we were with a child and a dog. Instead of the third bed, they put a folding bed on which it was impossible to sleep. The staff claimed it was a triple comfort. both rooms are in terrible condition, everything is shabby. then they agreed to give us a 15% discount. it smoothed things out a bit. the food in the restaurant is mediocre. nothing special. on the first day there was barley soup ... when we arrived at the beach, our umbrella with sun loungers was busy. it turns out the hotel writes out one place for two rooms ... well ... 4 stars ... if you compare with the Palace hotel, then the difference is huge. we are now living in a 3 star hotel la pergola. and it is much more comfortable, cheaper, the food in the restaurant tastes better, and the staff is more qualified.
I only liked the location

Czech RepublicWe would like to say it was the one our best holidays. We really ejoyed our stay at Hotel Medusa Splendid. The hotel is well located near the beach. We had the great time in this hotel especially thanks to the wondreful staff in the hotel. Special thanks to Enzo, Lucio, Sabine, Lisa, Alison, Vasylina. They were so lovely, helpful, friendly and just amazing :). Also the food was delicious. Definitely it wasn’t the last time here and we can’t wait to visite you again!
