Great staff all so welcoming and helpful they even have us adapters are we brought the wrong ones! The restaurant, reception and cleaning staff were fantastic and you could see the coliseum in minutes!

Our mattress was uncomfortably hard and the pillows were in contrast, small and overly empty/soft. The pool was closed but we were not informed of this when booking or given this information on Booking.

Amazing location and brilliantly friendly, helpful staff. The views from the rooftop were excellent and the mini fridge was filled with brilliant soft drinks perfect for quenching the thirst on hot Rome days. We're a family of three and travelled with my Dad. The staff were brilliant in ensuring our rooms were on the same 7th floor with amazing views.

I only gave it an Okay for comfort as the air-con didn't work or you couldn't set it below 15 degrees, (we are from Scotland so that is very warm for us) either way despite them lending us a fan we cooked each night and ended up exhausted from not having the best nights sleep.

Clean and tidy, conveniently located near the Colosseum and train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was small but enough room for a couple and all our luggage. Good value for money.

The Hotel tried their best to help me to correct a mistake I made. I booked the wrong days. After I realized my mistake I tried to contact booking.com without result. The hotel was willing to change my booking but booking.com was not reachable and didn’t answer my email. Well lesson learned . Next time I book with the hotel direct. At least i get a poc to deal with

The first room I booked seemed very small for two people, and the beds were smaller than a standard single size bed - as I am pregnant I explained to a member of staff that I needed a bigger bed (a standard size single bed) and they were able to quickly provide this at no extra cost!

The noise of the ventilation system in the bathroom was a bit too loud at night.

Perfect location. The double room was a bit small but honestly really cozy. Very clean as well! The breakfast was good. The staff was really friendly, respectful and helpful. View was beautiful. Would definitely come here again.

The Location was very convenient for the people in the Hotel to meet their expectation of Rome. It is very near to Colloseum and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, You can walk down to the nearest spot in 2 minutes.

My only issue was the pillows were a bit thin and lumpy, and it can be quite noisy at night s as the windows are single pain.

Location is excellent, 5 minute walk to the colosseum. All the main attractions except the Vatican are within a 30 minute walk from the hotel. Staff were great, hotel is clean well equipped and there is a fantastic roof terrace tour Watch the sunset on.

Air conditioning was set to heating only, that was an issue since the rooms were too hot for us and we didn't have any way to cool the room down apart from leaving the window open, which was not very effective.

When we arrived and got into our room, there was no duvet cover on the bed just the duvet. The bed had been stripped but never fully remade. I booked the hotel for the rooftop terrace and the pool but when we arrived we only got one night with the terrace and the pool was closed for the season. I booked in early November so perhaps I should have looked closer at the fine print. Location is very good for the Colosseum but if you intend on walking into town each day it's quite a walk and I would suggest a hotel closer.
