We have stayed at a number of Mercure hotels and this one is the best that we have stayed it. Helpful staff, good location for our purpose, clean and spacious room.

The room was in an apartment building separate from the hotel. The lock on the front gate was faulty. Breakfast time was chaotic.

The room was bare and basic; bed & bathroom clean but no attempt at decor. Good for an overnight stay before ferry or flight but not for a longer stay.

We had a room in an annexe near the main hotel. We were escorted there by a member of staff who trundled our luggage and explained the location and access system. The room, which could have accommodated 3 adults, was very spacious and felt like good value in that respect. It was part of an independent unit with two separately lockable rooms and a shared mini-kitchen with coffee making facilities and a hotplate ( we didn’t use either so can’t comment on ease of use etc). Breakfast was provided in the main hotel and offers a good range of choices.

The windows of our room and WC opened to the fire stairs and staff entrance. We could hear the workers come in early in the morning and somehow no privacy at all.

Our room, in a newly constructed building, had an unpleasant toilet smell .. there was something wrong with the ventilation.

Room too warm; air conditioning not available at this time of year, and traffic noise makes open windows overnight potentially undesirable.

A comfortable room with ample space. Good choice of breakfast options. An easy walk to port area, central shopping etc.

Room was very hot and the fan system did not work. You could open the window but since multiple rooms were connected by the same balcony this was not an option for night.

We got a room above the breakfast room which was very noisy, we could hear the activities and the chairs moving around clearly.

The Hotel was very clean and modern. The location was great and the breakfast was excellent with a lot to choose from. The staff were very friendly and informative about the area and were able to give us very good recommendations 👍🏼 😊

The room felt it needed an update. The aircon control panel has been removed so there's no temperature control in the room.

Location is convenient. We could walk to many attractions in Palermo. Bathroom is very big.

Breakfast was between 6.30 - 10. But at 9.15 many things were finished such as no bread, no eggs, no salad, no tomato... for our request the stuff brought eggs n salad.. but the omlett was tastless. In the hotel only people at the reception speak english. However it s a nice hotel and i d go n stay there again.

It s very close to everything. Historical site is some steps away. Teatro Massimo is very close. Bathroom was clean, bed was clean.

I liked everything but I did not know that for a double room I had to pay also for the second perso. I thought that a double room is for 2 people.

I liked everything, the staff was excellent, very kind, the room was very good with everything we needed, clean, the breakfas was very good, the location was good.
