All rooms in hotel were smoking rooms. This was not listed on booking and rooms were also available for hourly booking. Not a great place for a family to stay.

Friendly staff and plenty of free parking.

Where do I begin. The hotel was a pay by the hour hotel. Level of English was not good. The person who checked us in wanted to keep our passports which we weren’t comfortable with so we stayed and asked them to take a copy instead. Room was quite large and had a window. Unfortunately there is no soundproofing so we could hear what was going on in the room next door. People in the room next to us were up all night, moving furniture and talking. Could not get any sleep and we ended up being up all night. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We couldn’t wait to get out!

It was close to the airport

Directions to were very vague and misleading. Once found discovered it was an hourly establishment where sleeping was not the primary pursuit. The entire establishment was shady with a risqué motive with subdued lighting and sparkled pink walls. The city itself is a garbage dump, litter and dumped trash everywhere. On attempting to leave found the public transportation unavailable, on strike. Hated the city.

Everything was AWFUL about this place. The hotel is not even in Napoli although in advert it says its 15 minutes away to the city center but it took us 1.5 hour. There wasn`t any shampoo and conditioner. Our room never look like the pictures on their website. Room was so cold and dark. Breakfast was awful as well, cold cappuccino&croissant and thats all. Never rent a room from here!

I had to pay 20 euro more than expected! They surprise you with some additional fee of 2.5 euro per day per person. "Tassa di soggiorno" Very unpleasant!

One crossaint, caffee and juice is not a breakfast, traveling tourist is happy to get. Nearest bus station is aprox. 1 km walk in dirty Naples streets away. Not very happy walk. Staff speaks only basic english. I do not recomend to visit city center of Naples. There is realy nothing nice to see. No restaurants, only traffic chaos and piles of garbage.

Staff was friendly and kind. Room big and clean. Nice air conditioning. Good wifi. Private parking is nice to have in Naples. Near highway. Large supermarket accross the street. Half hour of adrenalin drive to Pompeii and Vesuvio. Nice to visit those two places.

The walls our very thin! Room 128 backs onto the stairwell and hall way, blowflies off part by wall and part a wooden door. We stopped here for two nights and it was noisey.

Basic hotel, clean rooms and parking. Breakfast is a coffee and a large croissant. Not far from the airport but still took approx 20 mins due to the one way systems.

The address provided on booking.com is not the correct address, it states that the property is located in Naples when it was not. We had to catch a taxi from the airport in the middle of the night and our first taxi driver did not know where it was so we tried a second taxi and he also didn't know where it was, he had to call the hotel and have them give him directions. It was a €40 ride from the airport. The facilities were dated, there was water damage and a hole in our bedroom ceiling from water, the shower head was only hand held

Chocolate and custard croissants provides for breakfast, coffee also provided which was delicious. Comfortable couch in reception. Staff did not speak English but were very friendly

Avoid room 122 if you can, because it is between a generator outside (very loud all night long) and the air conditioner in the corridor which shakes the wall of the room (which is wet, by the way). We saw three different men at the desk : only one was polite and pleasant. The hotel is NOT in Napoli but in Mugnano di Napoli, which means 1h30 of public transport (30 minutes walk on a non-pedestrian/dangerous road to 'find' the underground) or you can take a taxi (35 minutes for 35 euros to Napoli). It is too cold in the room and there is no other way than unplugging the air conditioner to avoid being frozen in the night. So, if you're a tourist who wants to visit Napoli and its area, you can probably find a better place to stay. PS: Not for couples

    The car park.

Its like you are in a middle of a Ghetto and by the way unless booked from city centre, Taxis are impossible to find and no Metro station for miles, in the end had to walk miles to get there. The hotel itself represents very tacky taste that one simply does not expect in Europe. Staff was friendly but very unprofessional in our opinion. Never again even if free!

Descriptive advertising, the location was HORRIBLE. Had to get a local to drive us to the hotel. NOT walkable (no matter what they try to tell you). The air conditioning was not adjustable. It became a by the hour hotel in the evening. There is no easy way to get to town.

The price was good, staff was friendly

Thin walls, could hear neighbour's TV and other, umm, activity... Staff need some smiling lessons. Electric sockets were loose and/or exposed, including the light switch in the shower! Bathroom door scrapes and sticks on the floor!

Rooms set back from the road so no traffic noise. Very clean, good sized room. Continental breakfast included: coffee and yummylicious croissant.

Terrible localisation! I read its near metro but it Turned out its not! 20minutes on foot to mugnano station then u need to change to Yellow metro line, do not recommend to take bus from Yellow line-theres no timetable so u can wait forever. Its 20minutes to metro but by car! If u want to save money u can survive that but u need 1,5hour to get to Main attractions.

The room was clean and the bed was big-really comfortable:) very good wifi-three Modems with the same password:) Nice coffee and cornetto for breakfast-!:)

really way out of teh way. the metro stop is really like 20-30 minute walk not 5 min. I had to spend so much money on taxi to find the place the first time I went since I had luggage and could not use metro. Its too far from naples. the guy at the counter was rude...they have no irons or clothes ironing facility. its actually like in teh middle of nowhere. its recommended only if you have your own transport.

Impossible to find this hotel. Even trusty Google maps couldn't get us there. We had the pleasure of driving around Naples, chaos at its best. Rooms: smoke ingrained in everything-bed linen, towels, pillows etc. asked the staff for non smoking room and there answer was to spray the rooms with air freshener and we go in and sniff and pick our room! The result: a disco smoke pit room, infused with toxic air freshener, enhanced by the musical flushing of the toilets and sewerage dropping between the walls, with the added baseline of the air-con switching on and off. The stinging eyes, nose and throat come free of charge! If it's just a quick nap you're after, there is a 2 hourly rate of 20euro, as our fellow moaning guests exhibited. Lucky they arrived before 3am as the entry fee increases to 25euro Along with the exhibition, you have the "near shocking" experience of the light switch, unattached to the wall. And the danger of the "mouse trap" toilet seat, and the "condom" plastic wrapped mattress. Unless you harbour ambitions to fulfill a fantasy like this, best not to make the same mistake we did... Stay elsewhere!! As beautiful as the pictures and descriptions are, don't be deceived!! Breakfast was an oily pastry and terrible coffee (would you really want to eat here anyway?!!) opened in 2001, last maintenance 2001. This is your run of the mill "quickie" hotel
