The air conditioner we had was so loud, it was life a leaf blower all night. Unfortunately we couldn't leave it off and have the window open only as it was too hot and stuffy, and the street was too noisy. Although, the air conditioner does block out the street noise which might be a plus ! For light sleepers, suggest packing earplugs so it doesn't bother you. The toilets dont seem to flush well and one night we came home to an awful smell that I can only assume was a blocked toilet

The staff were friendly and very happy to help with booking a taxi for the airport and any other questions we had. Location was good, walking distance to the Colosseum, public transport and restaurants.

The shower was tiny, as a fat person I could barely make it in. And the room was a bit noisy but not horrible.

I liked the location, and that we could leave our bags. Loved the AC.

The room is small but has everything necessary. I missed having a new set of towels for the second day.

The room and bathroom was tiny, not much space to hang clothes or open the bag. Most of my things were under the bed to give us some space to walk from the bed to the bathroom.

The location is good, not really far from the colosseum.

Bathroom small even for Italian standards, but functional.

Easy to get to from Roma Termini. Bus numbers 16 & 714 outside door. Basic hotel, clean & comfortable for a short stay.

The room was small and the air conditioner was loud. But we didn't need to use the air con at night.

Good location waking distance to rail terminal and the Colosseum. There was a kettle available upon asking. Very attentive to our requests.

The rooms are tiny if you are a bigger person forget about the shower it is really small there is no room to move in the bedroom just a bed

The staff was absolutely amazing. My flight got cancelled twice in the day before my arrival (due to the strike in Italian airports), and they were perfectly helpful trying to accommodate my ever changing arrival date and time, even allowing me to arrive after the front desk was closed. The location is very good, with a lot of public transport connections. If you’re looking for a nice price/quality relation stay in Rome without having to stay too far from the centre, this is what I would recommend. It’s not luxurious, but it will do and they’ll make you feel welcome.

-bathroom can smell a bit musty after using the shower -not necessarily about the property, but many of the restaurants close by close earlier than other restaurants

-close to the termini station -staff was very friendly, answered all of our questions -10 minutes walking to the colosseum -room was clean, air conditioning worked well -room was on the smaller size (just a bed, mini fridge, tall dresser with a safe inside, and a bathroom) but this was perfect for us as we were only in the room during night time. great price as well

Too much noise from the street. Hot water takes a bit long to run

Location was great! Walking distance to Colosseo. The staff is cute and helpful. The receptionist guy didnt speak English well, the communication was a bit difficult but he was very polite and helpful and kept saying sorry for the communication barrier. Lovely person. The lady at the reception is super nice, speaks English well. Super helpful, smart and kind

The toilet did not flush well. They don't want you to flush toilet paper, only throw it into the trash can. Not very sanitary in my opinion, but it's not the only place like this in Italy. The signage outside could be better, it's easy to pass the hotel.

The bed was very comfy (for me, too soft for my husband). The location was great. It was within 20-30 minute walk for majority of the major locations, and if you don't want to walk, there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel.
