There was mildew in the rooms, especially in the bathroom which is totally unacceptable. The hot water took ages to come through and our room was facing the main road which made it extremely noisy

Location was fantastic. Extremely friendly receptionist making us feel very welcome. The breakfast was amazingly good. Nice comfy bed.

A lovely family run hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were big with a great shower. Easy to find and park the car (onsite). A 1 minute bus ride to the cable car at Faloria, supermarket opposite. Excellent breakfast. A perfect place to stay in Cortina.

The hotel is a bit tired and dated - could do with some modernisation without losing its rustic character. However, the hotel was good in many other aspects that this wasn't a huge issue.

The proprietors of this hotel were very friendly and helpful - very welcoming. Parking was just outside the hotel - very convenient. Hotel is in a great location - just 2 minutes walk to the centre of Cortina. Breakfast was very good - a good selection of both sweet and savoury options. Room was comfortable.

You need to be tolerant of the noise from the street into the mid-evening on weak days but only if you have doors and windows open. Otherwise not really bothersome. Most often coming from motorcycles and smaller two-stroke motorized tricycles.

Loved the family room which is two good sized rooms sharing a connecting hallway and bathroom. Very large wrap around balcony with outstanding western and northern views. The property offers individually controlled room heaters which may only be in these rooms, but likely in other rooms as well. Breakfast is excellent! Free parking on property. We have visited this property now 3 times in late Aug and early Sept for hiking. Grocery store across the street is so convenient for food to use while hiking. Property has collaborated with 3 excellent restaurants to offer a discount on one meal at each establishment. Just think of it as getting your pre dinner drinks for free. Have stayed in two other fine properties in Cortina center as well, but will continue to come back to Villa Neve.

Parking was very limited and you had to reverse onto a busy main road.

The hotel was just across a main road from the town centre. The family room had 2 separate bedrooms and a large wrap around balcony overlooking the town with mountain views in the distance. Good base to explore Cortina and the surrounding area.

    Can't think of anything.

1)The owners: incredibly lovely couple, nothing was too much trouble, and irrespective of how many folks were waiting to speak with him/her, they never rushed you and were unbelievably patient. It didn't seem to be all about being in this business for money. My room was indeed a 'Room with a View!' Usually single rooms , in spite of being more expensive, is invariably the worst room in the hotel! I had a balcony, at night I could hear the river and during the day lovely views of mountains! When I thanked the owners for this room, she commented that under 'special requests,' I had asked for a room with mountain views! How very thoughtful to have remembered that! If I ever go back to Cortina, I will only stay in this hotel as long as the owners are the same!

    Absolutely nothing

Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, ready to answer any questions properly and make us feel home 24/7. Location is great, 3mins walk from the centre of Cortina, parking is possible either right in front of the hotel or in the hotel's garage (at extra fee). The free ski bus stops 10 meters from the building and goes every 10-15 mins all day to all ski lifts in Cortina. Breakfast was definitely the best I've ever had in any hotels around the world!!!
