Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The parking lot was tight and full. At a certain moment the hotel closed it and put a note that it is out of order, even though there were two empty spaces. I had to argue in order to go in. The breakfast was dull mainly because the trays were not filled timely.
The hotel is close to the highway in the direction of Malpensa. The room is spacious and there is a private parking lot.

Charge for the underground parking… there… with nothing around has non sense

Excellent accommodation, with fitness and a great restaurant for dinner. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast with a lot of different food. The staff were very friendly and helpful! I recommend this hotel.

There was no conditioner for hair. There was dirt/dust on the floor. When we arrived we had lot of towels (for 2 persons) but the second day they removed them so that there were towels for only one person. The hair dryer was not powerful enough.
Breakfast and dinner were excelent. Good outside free parking. Staff were kind. The room was taller than usual. The TV had netflix - great. Good distance to Milan - 15 min walk to the train station and than 15 min drive to Milan.

Very poor sound isolation of the rooms. You can hear everything. The location is very far from the city center and for returning in the late night hours is problem, because there is no available public transportation. You need to return with taxi, which is very expensive
Free parking in front of the hotel, parking in garage is 12€/day. The staff were very polite & courteous. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There is a big market next to the hotel.

Yesterday, I brought my family to Italy from Switzerland. I booked this hotel on Booking.com and paid for it. When I arrived at the front desk to check in, the female staff asked me to give her my bank card again and record my card number, saying that it would be a guarantee in case of an accident. I really didn't understand what she did, it made no sense. My daughter and I are both Spanish nationals. My wife has a tarjeta comunitaria, which is an ID card for direct relatives of EU citizens. The female staff at the front desk actually said that my wife’s ID card cannot be used, and still asked for a passport. This is very strange. Unprofessional and doesn't understand any EU laws. Everything about this hotel is good, but the service of this female staff member makes me very angry.

Staff in the restaurant during breakfast was working very slow, the were no bread, no dishes from eggs, even no cups for cappuccino when we came, we had to ask for everything. About 40mins to Milan center

Location slightly further out on city centre but good train links a 10min walk from hotel. Also tried to order room service at 9.50pm but was told kitchen was already closed & it was advertised to stay open to 10.30pm - thankfully Uber eats available

Internet was broken for a day.
The room was very spacious and clean. Everything was alright for the money. The staff were helpful. There is a car park but you have to pay for it also there is a parking spaces in front of the hotel which is free. If you can find an empty space you can park there for free.
