We wanted to be right near the train station, so this was a perfect location. Room was a bit grubby, but we expected that. Not a terrible place for a night.

I was wake up two nights at dawn by a roaring drunker screaming from the street below outside the hotel , that I didn´t like it because I have to wakeup very earlier and could not continue to sleep

I like the location above all ,the hotel is located in front of termini train station and all the atac bus lines so you can reach mostly of the city without difficulties. Also the staff in the hotel is gentle and helpful .,all the services you could need are at a short walk: supermarkets ,post office ,dentist ,pharmacy ,banks and good restaurants at affordable prices.

The bed is a bit hard and its quite noisy outside (dogs barking, people talking, cars, construction)

Placed right next to the main station so it has easy acces to everywhere walking distance or by public transport.

No refrigerator in the room, just one old blanket. The sink was stuck and it filled with water. They did not fix it even though we asked the staff to do so. Also have in mind the staff only speaks italian - it was not a problem for us but still.

I liked the location. It was in a walking distance to most points of interest. It was clean and a good value for the money.

The room wasn’t very clean, we found some hair on the bed when we arrive and dust. There is a bad smell in the room, I believe from some restaurants near by in the evening you can special feel it. Also it was hard to find the hotel. It is an old building with many hotels (almost one per floor) and just a small sign to identify it. Plus, they don’t speak English, it was quite hard to communicate on our check in.

The location is excellent, close to the main train station in Rome, with few buses and metro as well.

Not for those who are awakened by each and every minor noise coming from the busy pavements below.

Greeting on arrival, availability, flexibility. Location is extremely close to main train station. literally cannot be any closer. Mattress and pillows comfy aloe vera. Double bed, not two single beds next to each other. Towels were changed everyday - even though from an ecological point of view I do not mind using them again and again.

The hotel is located in a very dirty area, lots of rubish on the street and also on the hotel’s entry. I felt I was getting in a industrial collecting rubbish place. The hotel is very old, dirty and smelly.

Everything was great -- there was nothing NOT to like!

Location was great -- right next to Termini Rail Station. Very quiet and clean, spacious room. Staff was wonderful and I couldn't have been more satisfied. When I go back I hope to stay at this property again!

Internet, ones for 5-10 minutes one of the internet connection downs (but there's more points you can connect) cold in the night. I was on last days of January and i freezed and there was no blanket, just a plaid in the closet)

THE FACILITIES TOWELS RECEPSION AND SERVICES HOT WATER

SO,FIRST OUR FLIGHT WAS DELAYED AND WE TOLD OUR TAXI DRIVER TO SPEAK WITH THE RECOPSIONIST TO WAIT FOR US FOR US 20 MIN MORE SO WE COULD CHECK IN.CHECK IN WAS AVAILABLE UNTIL 00:00. WE ARRIVED THERE AT 00:25 AND FORTUNATELY HE WAITED FOR US. AT NIGHT THERE WAS NO HOT WATER,NO COVERS, NO TOWELS ETC.WE WANTED TO SHOWER BUT THER WAS NO HAIDRYER AND WE COULDN'T WASH OUR HAIR FOR 3 DAYS. AC WAS VERY GOOD FOR 3 DAYS WE DIDNT SEE ANYBODY AT THE RECEPSION.THE LOCATION HAS THE BEST REVIEW, IT WAS NEAR ROMA TERMINI, AND FROM THERE YOU CAN GET ANY BUS AR TRAIN IN AND OUT ROME. VATICAN WAS VERY CLOSE WITH BUS, TREVI FOUNTAIN WAS 25 MIN WALK. COLOSEUM WAS 10-15 MIN WALK, PHANTOM WAS NEAR ETC.I WOULD GO AGAIN THERE BUT I HOPE THE HOST WILL TAKE MY REVIEW INTO CONSEDERATION.THANK YOU!

2 out of 3 electrical outlets were non-functional. Only ONE hairdryer per FLOOR. No soap, just shower jel, no ear sticks

The first room we had was room 12. And when you open the door you’re greeted with a weird smell for the room. It does not go away no matter what you spray and if you open the window. There is mold above the shower. We had to move after one night because the toilet started backing up to the point where it dripped over the toilet seat. The second room was 16. The room was cleaner and didn’t smell. Neither bed had a bed sheet so if you moved a little bit the sheet would move and you would be sleeping on the mattress itself which is gross. If you’re in room 16 your too far from their WiFi so you won’t have any service.
