It’s an old building so the facilities need updating (shower and lift).

Lovely sized room and comfortable, good location. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for staying in the centre of Rome.

The wifi, disconnected all the time in the room. The bed was confortabile but the blankets were too old. And something that I never incurred in other places, every time we had to go out, we had to leave the key at the reception.

The location was perfect, good for a small trip with friends.

The breakfast was not good at all. Things used to get finished pretty soon and there was no replacement. If you arrive late at the breakfast, be prepared that half of the things won’t be available. Other hotels keep replenishing the spread, however in this case you are told that it’s finished and that’s it. So don’t have high expectations.

It is not comfortable. the elevator to get to the rooms with the suitcase. The breakfast start 7:30am the clients that needs to wakeup to go the airport or tour they miss breakfast and the offers in the page tells “breakfast is included” the client chooses the hotel thinking that they will have this amenity.

Hotel was part of a group of hotels in a single building. It was just ok since it was for a single night but would definitely have moved hotels if our stay was longer.

Hotel in a good location, near to Roma Termini main station, walking distance (30 mins) to main sights (Colosseum, etc). Room was spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly.

Surprised this was split over odd levels in a building shared with a number of other, 2 star, hotels. Odd to be going up the stairs to our floor past the other receptions. Very compact shower. Had to swap rooms as original room had a couple of minor snags however staff were helpful and quick to help rectify.

Convenient location for the station and exploring Rome. Friendly helpful staff, comfortable and clean (although dated) and a decent - although limited choice - breakfast, fresh pastries and bread, filter/machine coffee. Access felt secure - buzz through to courtyard and to floor level.

I don't recommend this hotel for these reasons: 1. On our first night, the electricity and water disconnected in the entire hotel for a few hours, and the reception kept saying, "Wait for 30 minutes. 2. They cleaned the room, but the bathroom had cockroaches🪳. 3. The elevator is very slow and narrow. We were on the sixth floor, and it took a minimum of 20 minutes to reach us. You must be lucky to get it without taken by the lower floors. 4. No kettle in the room, no chance to get hot water except on breakfast time. 5. Breakfast is very poor. The only good thing in this hotel is the location, and I think this hotel is good only for a maximum one night.
