For business trips: Let the reception know you need an invoice when checking in. Otherwise, you will only receive a receipt. You might want to bring earplugs - both other guests and outside noise are audible. Breakfast time ends early at 8:30.

Functional room for two nights on a business trip. Window blinds to shut the light out completely. Large desk to work at. You can leave your luggage at the reception after checkout.

Found my room very cold, heating by AC did not work well due to the position of the fan, so part of the room stayed uncomfortably cool over two days. Furniture and decoration not overly appealing, neither modern nor "historic". Coffee at breakfast of low quality, same for bread.

The breakfast is absurdly early--from 7 to 8:30am--and check out is at 9:30. There is free parking, but not very much of it, and free wifi, but I had to go back to the front desk to ask for the code and then it kept kicking me out. The pillows were quite hard.

The location is perfect if you're attending events at the Teatro Verdi or just want to be close to downtown. The breakfast is also generous and tasty. The room was good-sized and the bed very large.

I was working, so their check-out time had no affect on me. BUT 09:30 is ridiculous for the tourists I mentioned who will enjoy the location. They use Covid as an excuse. However, every other hotel in Pordenone seems to be able to manage with a normal check-out time!

It's in the centre of town so perfect for tourists.

Very small. The “quadruple” room was a queen bed, a sofa bed (with no cushions for the sofa) and a twin bed in the middle of the floor pushed up to the desk so there is no room to use the desk.

The location is fantastic. Right in the middle of Pordenone. Everything is within walking distance.

My room smelled like cigarettes and made my clothes smell like cigarettes. Lobby was disgusting, with random junk everywhere. The lobby seemed like someone’s dirty living room instead of a hotel lobby. A/C was advertised but didn’t work. Room was dirty, small, and very outdated.

the lady who checked me in was harassing me, she was completely not professional to work in the hotel. I kindly ask to think the owners of the hotel to fire her. because of her, the over experience is terrible. she called my room in the morning, open the door to clean and then claimed that she can not because there is a dog inside even though I asked before not to enter my door when I am out for several hours and I don’t need cleaning, when I called to check if there is a space for parking she said “what do you think about yourself, it’s not your home, all places already taken” instead of stating the fact that there is no space.. i was very kind with her and when I checked out she said “I never met such a person like you” I will never stay in this hotel if yoh look at the rating it’s 6 because there is no service and moreover there is harassment

Anything. The hotel is old, but the management is even worst and the place is in general unclean, unacceptable. Dirty place with rusty shower and WC. Not proper cleaning of the bathroom, no care in disposing the pajamas, missing at all to clean the bathroom, no replacement of soaps and shower caps. Post-it messages everywhere for 'don't' warnings. 40 minutes for breakfast, at fixed time (7:40-8:20 am) and low quality food, nothing fresh, poor diversity in the offer. No parking available although clearly advertised, no front door temporary parking for unloading. Check out at 9:30 am. I am travelling quite a lot and no excuse for the pandemic can allow this low professional level. I have been in several hotels during this pandemic, in several countries, but with good resilience to the situation. Not in this hotel. This hotel does not deserve a single star and most of all does not deserve to be listed in booking.com.
