We arrived before the check-in time and the owner of the hotel tried his best to give us an early check in to an already ready room ( he succeeded). Even better, he gave us a bigger room than the one we reserved. When we had to leave we could wait for the train in the hotel.

Hardest bed I have ever slept on, breakfast is mostly sweets and wi-fi signal would disappear every 10 minutes.

What’s not to like? Some people might be put off that it’s not the Willard in (DC…USA) it’s not that type of big deal hotel…it’s a great little “stop over”.

Location was good, the place was immaculately clean, the staff was friendly, the continental breakfast was…continental…enough to get you started.

A flyscreen was missing for the windows, and I could not turn off the heater in the bathroom.

The breakfast was very good. It was served in a very charming, small breakfast room. There was an assortment of choices. The family that runs this hotel is very welcoming and helpful. We appreciated that the host was able to drive us to the cruise port for a reasonable fee. This hotel is within walking distance to nice restaurants and right next to the train station. Noise from the trains might bother you if you are a light sleeper. Good value for the money!

The room would be much better with a mattress upgrade. Would have liked to see an in-room safe and and more than one electrical outlet location.

Breakfast was a nice variety and was tasty. The location was excellent as it’s directly next door to the Ravenna train station. The room was adequate.

Nothing, bed a bit hard and another pillow would have been nice.

Great little family hotel. Great location steps from the station surrounded by restaurants and shops. Easy walk to cruise terminal shuttle pick up point. Nice continental breakfast. Double bed and hot shower. We booked a basic small which was okay for one night, bigger rooms available. Steps from the 14th century fort. We didn't hear noise from the trains.

Right next to train station. Quiet area. Charming, retro and cozy. Large bathroom and good sized room. Nice, friendly staff. Security was good. Front door locked at night.

The breakfast. The structure is very simple, but ok for a few days.

The strongest point of the hotel is its location. Close to the main turistic places. The breakfast is really poor. The staff is good, prestative and pleasant.

room for 3 is smaller than standard. over all no complains as it served the purpose as our transit point

we used it to transit point going to Milan. the hotel is a step away to the train station. reception offered free coffee during check in. hassle free check out as well

although bed was new, it has hard a hard feel & air conditioner on the window didnt feel like it was doing much. A stand up fan plugged into wall would be better for air flow.

I didn't like that the water for breakfast was served in plastic (not reusable) cups.

if you are traveling by public transport the location is amazing, the interior lacks style but is in great condition with all that is needed. They stored our luggage after check-out, which was really helpful.

The small ness and general uncomfortableness of the public area...but I don't see how they could improve that.

I tested the mattress on arrival and said it was hard....and they changed it! Generally helpful and cheerful. the public facilities are not really 4 star in standard but the reasonable price reflected that. I will be recommending it to friends.

The bathroom could do with a refurbishment, but everything was fully functional.

Small hotel 5 minutes walking distance from Piazza del Popolo. The hosts were kind and friendly. The bed was comfortable, we had a nice quiet sleep despite being so close to the station. Clean and tidy. Disable friendly.

Our rooms‘ windows. We didnt open. Breakfast might have more salty things. The body and head towels were in thinness of toilet papers. These have to be changed.

Location is perfect. If you tell them arriving with car, they gave a letter, so you can park within blue lines near hotel. It‘s free. Even within payment hours. Our room was wide. Hotel staff was friendly, whatever and wherever they suggest us to eat or hang out in centre, was excellent and the best.

The shower cubical itself could do with an upgrade but it was OK.

I booked this hotel because of its proximity to the train station and it is a very close, easy walk dragging suitcases. It has a lift. Night time noise was not an issue. The hotel might not look like much from the outside but inside it is clean and bright, with up to date decor. It has a 'good feel' to it. Also an easy walk to all the main attractions in Ravenna. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room given to us was an upgrade from the one I booked so it was larger than expected. Bed was comfortable. Good supply of hot water in shower. Large bathroom. Breakfast choices were limited but that is fine by us. We enjoyed what was on offer and the coffee was good. A very good value for the price choice. There is an excellent restaurant nearby. Cross the road in front of the hotel and walk a few meters in the direction of the station to the "Osteria Il Paiolo"
