We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SlovakiaI was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room looked nothing like the photos on the website. The beds were uncomfortable. The shower doors were broken - hard to close and even harder to open. The blanket on the bed was dirty and stained. The whole room felt more like a hospital ward than a hotel room.There weren’t even basic things like drinking glasses in the room. The smell - both in the room and in the hallway- was absolutely awful. It reminded me of the worst kind of clinic. Unfortunately, the breakfast was just as disappointing as the room.
Without a doubt, the best part of this hotel is the people who work there. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made a difficult stay feel a little bit better. Plus location.

We needed a very quick place to stay as our flight was delayed. For their promptness and pricing and vicinity to the airport, this hotel was pretty good. The place is located right behind a petrol station and was clearly updated many, many years ago, but in that moment, I was happy to be in a bed close to the airport

We stayed at this hotel because of the proximity to the airport. the condition of the room and the bathroom is about average - wear of equipment and accessories is felt. but the staff tried daily to deliver a pleasant experience by cleaning and refreshing. but there is a good bonus - free access to a comfortable partner's beach. the beach is cozy and spacious.
