Location to the beach was great, beach is beautiful

Not much close by other than the beach, 15 to 20 mins walk to restaurants/ shops. Hotel close the spa/indoor pool on Mondays, we checked in on a Sunday and weren't made aware of this we only stayed 2 nights and where gone before it opened on Tuesday at 12. Hotel bar badly stocked couldn't even make a cocktail, bar at pool never had change while paying with cash always wanted to put it on your room. Poor waiter working both inside and outside, I understand its the low season but really you need more staff. Pillow on the bed had a very bad stain and was wet from someone trying to clean it, made cleaning staff aware and they changed it straight away and apologised

Beautiful property in great walkable location - 5 minute to beach, 30 minute to the vibrant, lakefront, old section of Gaeta.

I wouldn’t call this a four-star hotel. The room is fairly okay, but the bathroom is awful — when you sit on the toilet, your feet are basically in the shower. If you’re looking for a hotel with a pool, look elsewhere. The pool area is unattractive, with broken tiles and patches of green carpet. Even when the pool was empty, all the sunbeds were “reserved” with towels. On top of that, you’re required to wear a swim cap in the pool :D. The breakfast isn’t great either, and you even have to pour your water or juice into paper cups.

The pool toilets were dirty and run down the staff were very nonchalant no interest in giving any extra information about the area we were scalded for not wearing a cap in the pool there was no signage to inform us of this and then we had to pay extra to get one I would have thought this should have been provided Geata is an area that is not on the main tourist attraction list of places to visit we however loved it and it was a true Italian experience

The room fit my son and myself. But when I booked it stated twin bed for 1 person and forced me to book 2 rooms when my son and I could have stayed in one room… the issue with the beach. Book and umbrella and chairs when I went there were people in my spot complained and was told to move not to disturb the people.. so it was ok for me to move but not them.. the front desk didn’t call or advise me of any compensation until it was too late and still charged me for the rental. Even though I was not my fault and I was displaced all day.

Very good hotel, pleasant staff, and superb SPA! The beach and water are amazing, very clean and perfect place for snorkeling! We really enjoyed our stay!

It's close to the beach.

Very outdated rooms, not even close to 4* hotel experience. Pool is disappointing because you can't swim without a swimming hat and the water is cold.
