The breakfast was included in the price and besides the usual items it had a big variety of sweets and fruits. The hotel has an on site restaurant, which was very convenient for us, because we arrived late and didn’t have to wonder around to find somewhere to eat.

Location is very nice, near the lake and near to the towns Sirmione, Desencana, Peschiera, cleanliness, friendlyness of the whole staff, swimming pool, breakfast, very comfort parking zone with no money extra.

Clean, tidy room with all necessary equipment, all functioning well with slight sings of wear. Spacious balcony with a wonderful view. Quiet neighbourhood where you can hear only bird songs. Excellent food quality. To recommend for a short or a longer stay enjoying the beautiful town of Sirmione.
