Although the staff were very pleasant, the hotel was very tired, quite dirty and in real need of upgrading/improving. I would not stay there again.

the airconditioning was very noisy. On the first night we slept without, but on the second night it was just too hot, had to make do with the noise. Its like sleeping through with a motorcycle engine starting! No tea and coffee making facilities :

The hotel is really close to the seaside and on top of a hill. we went up and down with a stroller, and its fine! breakfast was ok! important factor of why we chose this hotel was the garage parking. it cost 15 euros a night but help you with the nightmare of finding parking by the roadside! ( too many cars during summer).

Room was on the ground floor at the front of the hotel, which meant the shutters had to be kept closed to give any privacy.

Location of this hotel is closer to the harbour than the map suggests only takes a few minutes to walk into the town centre. A very large car park gives added security in a town were parking is very difficult

The showers were a little small and the position is a little obscure though only yards from the Central Station.

It has a slightly dated feel about the place but so what, the staff are very helpful, the rooms are large enough with good facilities. It was quiet, the breakfasts very good and the feel of the place very relaxed. That is important as it adds to your sense of comfort. Would recommend this place to my closest friend.

Hotel could publish detailed directions from the station in advance. It's a really simple stroll over a footbridge, but online maps send you all over the place for 30 minutes.

Friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and excellent value. Easy 5 minute stroll to seafront and station, yet well away from tourist noise.

Very bad wifi in our room. The train sound disturbs to sleep. Need more investment for interior, room, equipment and etc. (sample:magnetic card, safe, minibar or simple fridge, normal pillow). Price is too high for this hotel. Somebody from hotel staff was fixing window while we where visiting city without any warning from staff. We found your bags in different place when we come back to room.

Good and friendly staff. Good English skills. Very good location to Rapallo and 5 terre. Good parking. Clean room.

Hotel Mondial really needs some improvings. It is old and dusty...It has such a good location, which is a major advantage. Some little changes and the hotel will be great.I suggest you to change the furniture,at least in the breakfast room.

This hotel provides an excellent location,2-3 minutes walk to the beach. The staff was great, very kind and helpful. We arrived from 2000 km and they helped us a lot with an earlier check-in.The breakfast was tasty, with a large variety of pastries.Very good coffee and cappuccino. The beds were really big and confortable. The hotel has 2 parkings (terrain and subway parkings). The second costs 8€/night,but if you are lucky you cand find a free parking lot in front of the hotel.

Great location close to town center. Very nice staff that was willing to help and accommodate our wishes. Had a quieter room that faced away from the railway; only some noise from other rooms (as common in Italy). Overall, it is not luxury, but good value for money.

The hotel is very close to a train line as many are along this coast of France and Italy. Plus, a very noisy air conditioner was right next to my wife's head on the bed; we turned it off, only to be woken up by it during the night several times. It was noisy and freezing.
