Decoration needs to be updated. But was not a problem for us, because the place was amazingly clean!

I never been in a place so clean like this hotel! It’s amazing to see the cleanliness! It was the simplest hotel I’ve been!!! I am quite critic with cleanliness and I walked without doubt in a bare foot! The place is well located, 5 minutes far from the train station. The decoration needs to be updated however the staff is so helpful, competente and efficient, that decoration can be forgotten! The guy at the front desk gave us tips to get to Venice. Everything he said was just right! Breakfast is very good, simple but very good!

    Bed was not too comfortable.

Nice hotel, very close to Mestre Railway Station, from which you can go directly to Venice or any Venice airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was air-conditioned and clean. It's not some luxurious resort and it has its years, but everything was in line with the offer and we got all we needed there. Breakfast was nice, although rather simple and let's say 'sweet-oriented' as usual in Italy. Good value for money.

Very good hotel location - close to railway main station (about 5min walk). Very nice and willing staff (both - at the reception desk and at breakfast). Breakfast: bread, butter, cheese, nutella, jam, honey, yoghurt, müsli, tea, coffee, cocoa, juice. Simple and well-furnished, clean room.

The place of the Hotel is pretty close to the train station and it makes very good connection with Venice. Free parking is quite an important factor in the area, and we liked we got it. Administrator in the evening was not speaking English, however hands gestures were pretty much fun to see and "speak":)

It is a very friendly, clean small hotel in vicinity of Mestre railway station with trains to Venice every 10-15 mins..What makes the best impression is a very curteous personell-always ready to help with a nice smile on the face.Parking ,although tight ,is vell organised,wi fi is perfect and so is italian breakfast served.Road access to the hotel is easy,5 mins from motorway exit which makes Montepiana not only good gateway to Venice but also a good overnight option for transit travellers.

There are two ways you can reach the hotel from the railway station. One full with people hanging around doing nothing trying to get in contact with you and another one with tourists and more relaxing. The hotel personnel recommend us the second one after arrival.

I would have liked to be closer to eating places - arriving at the hotel near dusk, I didn't feel inclined to walk back to the several cafes that were located opposite the entrance to the railway station. As an overnight stay, all was good in other respects.

The hotel was a 4 block walk to the Mestre Railway Station - reasonably close, but still a walk. The Mestre bus station was a further couple of blocks walk. The hotel is located in a residential area, rather than an area with lots of eating places & other hotels. Price was good. The room was extremely spacious (a solo traveller - I was given a room with a queen bed & a single), furnishings were adequate for an overnight stay. Bed was comfortable & clean. Bathroom was excellent - modern & very clean. Breakfast was included in the price & served at convenient times. Breakfast was a satisfying selection of fruit, cereal & other items. The check-in staff person was very friendly & helpful with carrying my suitcase up the exterior front stairs of the hotel.

Awful smell of bed linen. They provide blankets (which you wonder when they were washed) above the simple white sheet. No safe deposit box. No furniture to put your stuff. Extremly basic bathroom, extremly small shower, if you are a little bit bigger or pregnant you can't get in. You hear everything going on in other rooms. No sockets in the room, you have to disconnect the lamps so you can use them for phone charger. Breakfast is very poor. Just 1 croissonts per person, butter, jam and nutella in little hotel packs. But the smell of the bed linen is worst, you don't have the feeling of cleanness.

    1. There were some strange smells, probably from some detergents, especially after the room cleaning. 2. The shower cabin is not very modern and during your shower water leaks out so there's usually a pool of it in the corner of the bathroom. 3. You can hear most of what's going on in the adjacent rooms and on your floor in general. On the whole, it's very basic and very much reminds the soviet-style "sanatoriums" (Russian people will understand what I mean). But the combination of the location and the price makes it good value.

It's located conveniently close to the bus stop (to Venice) and the Mestre train station. There are some good supermarkets nearby. The reception works round the clock.

Very tight squeeze getting the car in through the gate to park.

Very easy access to Venice. Tobacco store around the corner sold day passes for the bus and vaporetto. Very good breakfast. Courteous, helpful staff. Several good restaurants in the area.

We like everything about that hotel - the room was nice, clean bathroom, very nice and friendly staff, excellent breakfast and the train station to Venice S.L. is really 3 minutes away by foot. I recommend it to everybody.

We have requested for a Ground Floor room with wheel chair access. Hotel confirmed "OK. No Problem". However, when we arrived, they do not have any rooms at ground floor and neither any lift/elevator. As my wife was using wheel chair, it was complete nightmare carrying her over the tall stairs everyday. Had the hotel been told (we booked couple of months in advance), we could have made alternative plans. Completely disappointing.

Near to Mestre Station within walking distance.

One should not expect anything more than a rather basic breakfast. I think the neighbourhood around the hotel is probably not the best...

location close to the train station and availability of on-site parking make this hotel ideal for when visiting Venice by car. Hotel staff were very friendly

    Nothing.

It is close enough to the Mestre train station, the supermarket, the halal food outlet, and in very quiet area. The staff are very polite and helpful. The breakfast is ample to start a new day. Close to Venice with about 30 minutes y bus.

The breakfast room should be larger to accomodate more guests. Some of them had to wait in order to have place to seat.

Personnel were helpful and pleasant. The location was good.

The bathroom is too small, and the facilities are a bit old. The location is good in terms of distance from the bus station to Venice, but I personally didn't like the people from that area. The parking lot is also a little strange.
