The shower was tiny. I am 5ft8in 190lbs athletic build and I had to finagle my way around in the shower every day. If you are 6ft2in 220lbs you aren't going to be able to move lol (twin bed room). You can hear the water pipes in the rooms above you. If someone is taking a shower, you will hear the water draining down. Not a deal breaker but you will hear it in the mornings.

Staff were great, checkin/out a breeze. Room (the twin bed room) was clean, attractive, and made up every day. Hotel is very up to date. Breakfast was good and included. The location is great. A 10-12 minute leisurely walk from the Salerno Concordia ferry port and 15-20 min walk to Salerno Manfredi port (cut through the Piazza della Libertà to save 2 mins of walking). 6-8 mins walk to the Salerno square. 5 min walk from the train station (it is literally down the same street).

Our shower head sprayed water all over the place and got our bathroom floor very wet. We asked to have it fixed and while it looks like there was an attempt, it was not fixed.

Very basic hotel and did not feel as a 4 star hotel. The staff were uninterested, breakfast was very basic with limited options and often took too long to refill the stations.

Location was very good. I asked them for a cot and they Initially send me a charge of 10 euros per night. However when I pointed out to them that it stated on booking that the cot was free they waived the charge.

Clean and minimalist design. Nespresso machine with two pods. Great location on hip street that comes alive at night.

Lovely period but contemporary 4 star hotel. On the main Corso and close to both the station and port. All the staff were very accommodating from reception to the cleaners. We stopped in two different rooms, the second room 409 had a lovely large balcony.

I wish we could have had a king bed. We had two twins and they kept sliding apart.

The location was perfect. Close to great restaurants and shopping. The staff was extremely helpful in guiding us to attractions we wanted to see. It was close to the bus and we found parking within a 5 min walk. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel location is perfect. It is situated in the heart of Salerno city center. Super close to the train station and ferry station where you take the boat to amalfi and positano. Hotel is overall comfortable and clean. This is by far the best hotel you can find in Salerno. Staff was overall friendly except one man at the reception desk who was very rude. The breakfast is not of a 4 star hotel having not alot of choice very basic and scrambled eggs always cold. The rooms are ok but only an open wardrobe with 4 hangers. Also shower is only an overhead shower no heldheld shower. Its more of 3star level. Otherwise ok
