One suggestion. Paris room - move the bed over a little towards the door. It is too easy to walk into the corner of the bed!

The place was easy to find, a short walk from Pescara Nuova station. We had a warm welcome. We had everything that we needed for our stay and breakfast was included

Nice room, nothing too much or bad, there was a balcony, everything in the room worked, wonderful host and his wife, met us at the airport and took us back on the last day and gave us bikes for free for the whole period. There is also breakfast if needed. Everything went perfectly.

First of all it was just as advertised. Everything went smooth from pick up from the airport to location, room, amenities, cleanliness, bike for free and advises. The owner was extremely friendly and open to chat. Even if we didn't opt for breakfast we were always invited to coffee. I strongly recommend.

Nothing. Everything was great!

The room was spacious, with everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. A balcony. Very clean. The owner was exceptional. He picked me up and dropped me off at the stations. Continental breakfast. Great location with a sweet little Italian restaurant down the street.

The sound insulation of my room was not so good... Could be worse, but could be better. I heared the people above me walk around at night and people in the corridor talking or opening and locking doors. Sometimes I heared the cars on the road (with closed windows) or aeroplanes fly by, but the airport is not so big so there are not so many planes that arrive or depart from the airport within a short time. I wanted to rent a car which unfortunately didn't work out due to my card problems, but there is not much parking space available on / directly before the property, so if you come by car, check if you can park (for free) at the side of the road.

The free airport shuttle service was great! The owners of the hotel were very friendly and they had sympathy with me that I couldn't pay at arrival / on check-in due to card problems I had and that I needed the cash I had with me to buy food. So I only paid after the second night via a card which I didn't expect to work in Italy... They also borrowed me a bike on arrival free of charge, which was great since I could use it to travel around Pescara via bike and didn't need a car or public transport. The breakfast was better than expected for the price of only 2€ and I was surprised that coffee (and also cappuccino or espresso) was included and not just one cup. I was asked if I wanted another cup, so I usually had a cappuccino and a double espresso). So the breakfast was well worth the 2€ just for the coffee! My room had roller shutters (even in the bathroom) which was great since I cannot sleep if it is not really dark. There was a tiny fridge in my room (next to the bed) which I used to cool water, but I had to switch it off at night due to the noise it made. The aircon worked well. I also switched it off at night due to the noise it made, but there was also a "silent" mode, where it made less noise, so if you don't mind a little noise while sleeping, you might be able to sleep with the aircon on during night. Towels are only changed every three days and bed linen only every four days, but I think that is alright.

It had a kitchenette with range and oven, but there were no pots and pans to cook with and no silverware or flatware to eat food with. There is no point to have a stove/oven if there are no cooking utensils or silverware to eat with.

Breakfast was adequate for an overnight stay. Our hostess prepared fresh, warm croissants.
