The shuttle into town didn’t really drop you anywhere near the tourist attractions. It was about a 1.5 mile or 35 min walk. Very tiring for kids & at the end of the day.

Lovely hotel in a gorgeous spot. Very well staffed & good food. Staff tried hard to make the stay special.

I liked that the hotel had its own parking and they have a great shuttle service to take you into Florence. The room is large and spacious.

While the breakfast buffet was good and full of variety, the service was quite chaotic. Nothing serious, and I would really stay again with this hotel, but wanted to give a feedback for improvement.

It is a beautiful hotel, on the outskirts of Florence. The room we had was big, beautiful and comfortable, with nice amenities, comfortable mattress, dark shades and strong shower. The pool area is very nice, with a beautiful view. Also, great to have the shuttle service, but make sure to book it in advance.

Breakfast was ample and staff was courteous. Front desk staff was always helpful and accommodating.

The evening menu was limited, maybe an additional ‘todays special’ could of provided an extra choice.

Plenty of fresh choice at breakfast, good quality ingredients, excellent service. The availability of a shuttle bus was a bonus, good value for money compared to getting a taxi. All the staff were very pleasant, helpful and attentive.

Would have been great to have a bar serving drinks in the swimming pool area, otherwise you had to walk back through the hotel to order a drinks.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel was in a fantastic location with wonderful views over the river and surrounding countryside. The pool area was 2 minute walk from main hotel but had comfortable sun loungers and towels were provided. Hotel has maintained some of its unique historical architecture and would definitely stay here again. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus into main city of Florence which is an added bonus, otherwise they can organise a taxi at your convenience.

I had a hard time with the fragrance of the hotel. It was extremely strong and gave me an awful headache. My husband I didn’t get a cozy kind of vibe. Regardless, we still enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed staying here! The property was beautiful and staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful view of the river from our room. Breakfast was amazing every morning. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night and the food was great. Even with service being extremely short staffed that night for dinner.

The pool looks great, but did lack some cleaning and just too warm to be considered relaxing.

The location, staff and property are great, take advantage of the shuttle service and SPA area! Breakfast did not disappoint and the AC + EV charging worked.

The pool is a a bit of a walk to get to up and down stairs and sadly they had staff shortage, so the service was not what I’m sure it normally would be.

Lovely restaurant for breakfast with terrace by the river and a great view . Pool also lovely with great view. Good shuttle service to city. Discount in sister hotel restaurants.

The breakfast was a bit basic. Also, overall the service was not very impressive and certainly below the standard for a hotel of this category. The Spa was basically made of a steam room and a sauna as the attached swimming pool was closed, disappointing!

Beautiful renovated mill by the Arno’s river in the country side of Florence. Room was comfortable and classically furnished. The superior room faced the river, spectacular! The restaurant was very good and and worth to try. It is very well run by the new manager Pier Francesco, who is definitely an asset for the hotel.

My husband and I had a great time. The hotel is located a 15-minute drive to the city center. It suited us perfectly as we were looking for a relaxing atmosphere during our stay and after visiting the various sites in Firenze during the day. The staff at the reception, bar and restaurant were wonderful!

The spa was lovely but would have been nice to have a relaxing chair down there to read.

A lot of thought has been put into the furnishings and decoration, beautiful. Lovely quiet room with good views. Great shuttle bus service to/from the city.
