Lovely hotel, out of the hustle and bustle of Venice and a quick ride on the water bus. Very friendly staff, lovely room with big bathroom and great place to get back to after walking miles around Venice. Continental breakfast was great!

Street noises can get a bit loud, but with a closed window no problem.

Nice rooms, clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. Hotel is close to closest ferry to Venice, in 10 minutes you can cross between islands.

Had the best experience from start to finish. The location is just perfect, the staff are so polite and genuinely want to make sure you're having a good time. Room was exceptional, photos don't do it justice!!!! Absolutely nothing to complain about.

I liked our room, staff was super friendly and they tried to help us with all our questions. Breakfast was delicious, not huge variety but everything was super tasty. We will definitelly come back to stay at Murano island, it's beautiful and super calm. The water transport was super amazing and fast 24 hours.

Lovely boutique hotel on Murano. Murano is a bit of a quieter spot as it's not in the centre of Venice, but only a short ferry trip and still has the same charm (canals, boats, no cars). Staff were very friendly and room was comfortable.

True pretty much wherever you are in Venice, WiFi was weak at best.

If you want a quiet visit to Venice, Murano is the place and Hotel Murano is excellent. Beautiful, good-sized room (ours had windows over the canal). Big bathroom with soaking tub and shower. Quite adequate breakfast. Highly recommend this little hotel.

Wifi was very poor. Very few English speaking TV stations. The premium stations barely worked given poor wifi.

We were pretty much on our own. It’s not really a palace there is just rooms and a breakfast room. We lost power our first night and had no air or anyone on site to communicate with. The proprietor did fix air and the next day when we returned to our room there was a bottle of champagne. The breakfast was ok compared to the other places we stayed and enjoyed.

It was very near water taxis and our room had a beautiful view of the canal. It was a good location.

It is small guest house, with sidestreet entrance and a breakfast for birds. I’m just used to stay in bigger room, as well I’m used to eat in the morning.

The staff was super friendly. They corresponded with us prior to our arrival to make sure everything would run smoothly. The view from our room was the water. I was surprised that we could not hear any of the outside noises since we were right on the main walkway through town. On our last morning there we needed to catch the water taxi before breakfast started so they prepared us a breakfast to go. I would definitely stay here again.
