Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe apartment is in the 2nd floor (actually the 3rd as ground floor is 0) and there is no elevator. If you have luggage, it is a struggle to go up the 39 steps. The apartment is a walking distance of 15 minutes but with luggage, it is also a struggle as the roads are not smooth.
The apartment is well furnished and clean. We felt as if we were at home. The host welcomed us on arrival, and helped us bring our luggage up to the second floor.

SingaporeIf you’re coming from the station and with a big luggage, you would have to walk a little uphill. About 10-15 min. The apartment is on the first floor and there is no lift so you’d have to carry your luggage. But it was alright for us.
We were pleasantly surprise when we reach the apartment. It was a good size and it was clean and felt clean. It has ample space and even had a small balcony for my friend to smoke. But the best part was the kitchen. For us it made the place very homey.

Everything was exceptional. The cleanliness of the apartment, the location, the available resources and facilities in the apartment were amazing. Ambrogio was extremely nice and hospitable, he was always available to us and made sure that we were comfortable and happy. From the moment you walk into the apartment, you can tell that everything had been well thought out to ensure guests are comfortable and have access to anything and everything they need (even multiple international adapters). We were so so impressed and pleased with the level of care and thought that has been put into making this apartment comfortable and cosy. Ambrogio made the experience even better with his quality customer service, helpfulness and lively attitude. We will definitely be staying here again.

This appartment is beautiful, well equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Location is perfect if you want to visit Cinque Terre and be close to the railway station in center of La Spezia. Owners are very helpful and hospitable. We needed some extra help and they helped us to solve the problems very quickly. You can park for free in the streets around. Great decision😍

New ZealandUnfortunately it was terrible weather when we were there and we found it difficult to dry our washing. This was only a minor issue.
The owner made us feel very welcome especially with the platter left for us. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Walkable to the main train station. When we left it was pouring with rain so the owner very kindly dropped us to the train station - this was very much appreciated!

Location was fine - Appartment was clean. Beds were comfortable. There is really no lounge. The sofa in the kitchen takes up too much room and not really necessary as not really the best place to sit. Bedrooms are nice but one is obviously the lounge with a TV in it (not the kitchen). Bathroom was nice and spacious. All ok.
