Breakfast wasn't typical continental, lots of sweet/pastry selection. Quite noisy in mornings as room was on street side.

Since Covid this hotel is a little ‘run down’ with peeling wall paper and limited air con ( 10 mins at a time) No kettle in room, although one was delivered on request… no ironing board. Double glazing allows no noise from the Main Street to intrude. Good wifi

Hotel Naples is very central to everywhere in Naples: old town, port, station and food. Breakfast up on top of building is really lovely with good selection of croissants etc Basic coffee in an urn was drinkable!

I suppose that the room was ready before the 3:00 p.m. which is the official time of checking in Italy. We were waiting in the lobby about 2 hours just to pass the time. I am almost certain that the room was ready

Location is perfect. Walking distance to the port, central railway station and historic center of the city. The hotel had single room.

Breakfast could be more variable but we asked for extra omlett and we got it freshly made, so it is good

It is very good hotel for the not very long stay in Neaple . We stayed there one night and could managed to see all sightseeing in ohne day by foot. Nice view at the breakfast room. We arrived late around 24.00 very hungry and the person at the reception called to the very good pizzeria to wait for us to get food . And they waited for us although we were the only in the restaurant. Ask for this pizzeria at the reception- this is the best pizza I ever ate. The hotel is on the busy street, but we did not hear anything at all and just enjoyed this different busy life from the window. THanks a lot to the stuff.

The breakfast was basic, no fresh fruit, a few pastries. There was a bit of noise from the street at night.

The location is great, close walk to lots of shops/resturants and tourist attractions. Also very close to the port. The staff were friendly

The toilet did NOT have a toilet seat - felt some Eastern European vibes in the beginning of 90s)

Great location in the heart of Naples - everything is nearby. The room was clean and spacious.

The Bar is the breakfast room, the air conditioning was not available in May, room was too hot for me, opening the window had a lot of traffic noise, I didn't sleep well.

Breakfast is buffet style, Location is central, easy to walk to the historical sites, bus stop just down the street and Metro stop as well. Staff were friendly, room service every day.

The only thing that bothers you is the NOISE from the busy street during the day and night. Why don' t you change the windows which will solve the problem with the protection from the noise.

The location is very convenient. The hotel is in the middle of everything- the railway station is 15min walk, the port is 10min walk, Piazza degli Plebiscito and tha Spanish quarters are 10- 15min. The staff is kind and helpful. The room was big enough, comfortable and clean. For breakfast there were not only traditional Italian sweets but bacon and eggs, salami, cheese, fruit from time to time and of course, espresso and capuchino.

Definitely felt like a commercial hotel with large echoing corridors. Staff were friendly enough.

Clean, comfortable hotel in a super location. The breakfast (on the top floor, with amazing views) was more than the usual expected pastries, but also delicious scrambled eggs with bacon.

Single bed slightly uncomfortable. Broken electronic key - but we had the classic one.

The bed was a little firm, the shower was small and took a while for the water to heat up. there was a fire alarm right over the bed that would flash a red light all night and the A/C control also had an annoying light that shown all night.

the shower is too small… no need for bidet 😉 we didn’t have any glasses, coffee or kettle in the room only 1 of the reception team was very friendly!!
