Not possible to pay with the card used for the reservation unless physically presented to the hotel. I was alerted of this condition but did not consider it so strictly as it instead indeed it was. Anyway, it was possible to pay with another card with no issues.

Good ratio price/quality. Very close to Metro station and at short distance from central station Termini. Kind staff that replied even late in the evening via whatsapp and were flexible with the arrival time. Clean room/bathroom

There are two main improvement points: 1. The bathroom was small and the shower fixed, it was not possible to change the water distribution pattern during the shower and there was no shower hose. 2. Room insulation regarding noise is very poor, it was possible to hear at any time what was happening in the other rooms. You will need earplugs if you want to rest.

Clean place, very well located and with excellent staff. We got plenty of coffee and toasts to start the day.

- The neighborhood at night isn't really pleasant (although we haven't be bothered by anyone) - Damp stains on the bathroom walls and ceiling - Bathroom hooks for towels or clothes would be very appreciated

- Convenient localisation : less than 10 minutes walking from the main train station, Vittorio Emanuele metro station at a few meters, 10-minute walk from Colosseum, there is a good choice of restaurants in the hotel area - Room well equipped - We appreciated that Philippe provided us with a city map on our arrival and took the time to show us the places to visit and that he made some suggestions. By the way, we did try the Vecchia Roma trattoria he recommended : it's delicious and affordable and it's at the corner of the street (better to make a reservation or you'll have to wait in line) - The staff is not often on site but can be reached via Whatsapp if necessary.

i did not like that hotel did not managed to charge directly to my card. They have sent the link and ask me to pay there but this link was not related to booking.com and it was a bit risky before we have contacted hotel and booking.com separately. This took me to unnecessary international phone calls and extra charges for it. Our friends faced the same issue , did not followed the link and their booking was cancelled however they have provided valid card with money on it.

Location is the best thing related to this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The price is a bit high, given the fact that there are no cooking facilities whatsoever.

The room was nice and clean, with a fridge and coffee, tea, biscuits etc for breakfast. All facilities were basic but in good order. The area is central but quiet, there is a supermarket next to the building and the area has a lot of restaurants and shops. We had no problem at all reaching the apartment and checking in and out, the girl who checked us in was efficient and helpful. Generally, I would highly recommend for a short stay in Rome.

This has been a problem in other apartments in Italy. The shower drain was clogged up collecting water or even overflowing into the bathroom. In addition to being unhygienic, it made a bit of a mess and every moment had to be turned off to wait for the water to go down. But the shower was really nice, plentiful and hot.

Although the building is in a rather poor location, it is close to the metro. But we managed to do some walks in tourist spots on foot. So, although we were shocked by the security of the neighborhood, it was possible to walk even when we had luggage. Overall the location is good.

TV didn't really work well. Bathroom grout was dirty/slightly moldy it looked like? Could use a deep clean there.

Reception was great, helped plan out what to check out during my solo trip and showed what stations and things I should visit during my stay. Had proper AC, grocery store nextdoor for convinent access to bottle water and minifridge in room.

Air-Con not working. Tap water not for drinking because have settlement, from the bottom of kettle can see it. The walk way to entre room 5 is narrow because one side put some cupboards.

There were some works being done on the floor above Dandi Domus and it was really loud in the early hours of the morning. Other than that, the overall stay was smooth.

I didn't get the name of the person who assisted us with the check-in but he was really nice and helpful! Gave us a map of Rome and explained how to go about seeing the attractions and recommended some places to eat. The hostel is close to the Colosseum which is probably about 15 minute walk. The room was cleaned everyday. Super affordable for a budgeted trip to Rome.

Non funzionava il televisore. The television did not work.

Friendly and professional staff. Great location, close to Termini Station and metro stop. Pets Allowed. Possibility to leave luggage in storage after check-out. Kettle and hot drink filters with good variety of choices.
