Nothing really. The only thing is that, accessing the building and the room is with your phone. So you have to make sure you have enough battery.

Everything was great ! We checked in 2 hours earlier because the room was ready (perfect 👌🏻). The location was optimal because everything was close to it. Bus stops nearby as well. Coffee machine in the room and unlimited water bottle supply. The tub and the hammam work great ! Totally recommend !

Perfect location in the midle of everything. Almost walking distance to every landmark in Rome. Next to the famous Alfredo restaurant

Shower didn’t drain well Air con was not the strongest, but kept room cool enough

Our room was quite small but as we were only in there to sleep it was okay in the end. I would however book a larger room next visit.

The location is just perfect. Close to all the main attractions. Checkin was easy and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

The shower didn’t really fit over the bath so it was difficult to have a shower

The room was great with the sauna and hot tub in the room. Very interesting decor and in a great location. Aida on reception was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I left sunglasses in the room and she went out of her way to make sure they were delivered back to England as soon as possible.

The location is exceptional and central to or very close by all the main sites to see. The location was outstanding! Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Minor things but Sauna took a long time to heat up and better soundproofing on outside windows would be great with a busy bar nearby on Friday night.

Amazing location in central Rome. Jacuzzi was nice and a beautiful Rome. Sauna was great to have. The staff were extremely friendly and eager to help which is really helpful.

I loved that it was in a good central location and east to find when we arrived in rome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The sauna and the spa bath were amazing and the bed was very comfortable. I also loved the fact that as a bigger woman on a weightloss journey I could still fit in the bath. Which may sound daft to some, but usually baths are narrow. There was plenty of space in this one. The link for you to be able access the building whenever you returned was great as well. I would definitely look to stay here again when I next visit rome.

The water wasn’t very hot and the bath flowed very slowly but they are minor things

This is a fantastic location and we were able to walk to all attractions within 30 minutes! The sauna and spa bath made this an iconic stay and I would highly recommend
