Front staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet location but only a ten to fifteen minute walk from main area. Metro stop very close.

I felt that it was very pricey and a breakfast at €27 is far too expensive. A lite breakfast option for about €10 would be nice. If you are 2 people almost €60 for breakfast is a non starter. Our double room without breakfast was almost €200 plus €10 a night extra for city tax

Fantastic stay at NH Milano touring, great location, within walking distance to Metro station which will take you anywhere you need to go. Staff were all helpful and hotel was modern and modern. Unreadable breakfast and nice bar area too, would definitely recommend this to anyone for a good hotel in Milan .

No shower gel (had to use hand gel and shampoo for the duration of our stay) and no bottle opener for the complimentary bottles of water.

Cleanliness: I had a problem with the bathroom and room cleanliness. Upon arrival it became evident that the bathroom in my 1st room was not cleaned appropriately; foreign hairs were found around, bathroom walls showed soap drips and dirt behind toilet. The floors showed uncleaned drips of water. I contacted the front desk and reported the conditions. A Housekeeping supervisor stopped by and I showed her the conditions which she acknowledged were not up to her standards. Upon returning to my rooms 2 hours later the room showed some areas cleaned but it was not a thorough job. I proceeded to return to the front desk and reported it. I was offered a 2nd room, which I accepted. Besides the supervisor, the housekeeping staff was not friendly. Wi-Fi: Spotty and unreliable. Room: The closet light was broken and the toilet did not flush properly. The pieces of lint that were around the floor before housekeeping came to clean the room were still there when they left. The rug was never vacuumed and showed the same debris was still there until the last day of my stay. "Soundproof" The hotel advertises that it is soundproofed but I can hear the loud people outside my window, hotel hallway and every time my neighbors took a shower, so I do not know what was soundproofed.

Location: The hotel is conveniently located to several important sightseeing places. It is also a short walking to Milano Centrale Train Station, Airport Express Busses and Train, Metro stations. There are several restaurants located conveniently close to the hotel, with choices for every taste. Ambiance: The aromatherapy around the hotel was soothing and added a nice touch. It was never overpowering. Room: The bed was very comfortable and inviting. The mini bar had some choices that will suit different tastes, but they very limited . The bathtub was big enough and will accommodate 2 comfortably. The toiletries were, abundant, good and the smell also was soothing, like the aromatherapy in the building. It has a safe for valuables in the closets.

Very welcoming fragance (white flowers?) when approaching the entrance ... Nice rooms, helpful staff, and very good breakfast with Christmas local specialities, very tasty. Travelling with a dog is not always easy, but the staff made us feel all three of us at home. There is an incredible park just around the corner, with dedicated space for dogs to run leash free, it was great!

The room toiletries were not great, for the price there should have been more and better quality loo roll and towels.

The hotel was a great location and perfect for a quick work trip. A place to stay at between meetings and the bar was perfect! The team were very generous and accommodating and loved the complimentary snacks.

The service in the confectionery/bar/restaurant didn’t seem to me to live up to the 4-star hotel.. (little predisposition to the customer, cleanliness ...)

The hotel is well located and connected in Milan. 15 minutes walk to the duomo. It is a lovely building, modern and relaxing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially the people from the bar/restaurant.

The property is quite close to the city center, but you need 3 stops of metro or take the tram. At breakfast there were just a few pre-packed gluten-free options from Schär (typical muffins or bread in the plastic package, sigh!) and there was no mention of allergens for the rest of the food – NH should really pay more attention to this.

Nice property overall, classic NH hotel. Helpful personnel and very good breakfast.

Cleanliness. I was a bit disappointed knowing the standards of NH. My cleaning towel came with blood stains on it. However, as soon as I raised the issue to the staff they were quick to apologise and change the towel.

Staff was very helpful and always ready to help. Location is top notch. Beds are very comfortable.

The rooms were small. There was no suitcase table in the hotel room where you could unpack your suitcase.

Just the rooms I was given was a bit dark, because in general I like bright and sunny room, but I got two big rooms. The bathrooms were very clean and they have the best and a proper hair dryers out of all hotels so far.

Although I didn’t get the room of the picture when I chose the room, I liked the generosity of the hotel staffs to make our stay exceptional, very friendly Environment and will do their absolute best to help.

I have problems in my shower ,I had to shower in cold water But it was fixed very quickly, but I would be happy that it would not have happened in the first place

Breakfast was awsome, had everything we needed. I am a nutritionist and I'm very strict on certain food but I can really say that there I could find a good variety of food. The fact they have hand&body lotion next to the soap (also in the lobby restrooms) it is also a plus for me.
